    As longtime Bonvoy member let me just say stay away from this hotel. Prior to booking I called about the airport shuttle and was informed they have one and there is no issue getting you to the airport. Fast forward to checkin and I ask about the shuttle and I’m told it’s full and that airline crew takes president. After a few minutes the desk agent agrees to book and pay for the cab👍 In the morning I wake up to a cockroach walking across the floor and trap it in a trash can. When I bring this up to the front desk in the morning she says I’ll let the manager know. How about a I’m sorry this happened. We get into the cab and arrive at the airport and guess what! Yup the hotel didn’t prepay for the taxi. I’ll let you make your own decision on where to stay, but next time I’ll be trying the home2suites just down the road

    I stayed Sept of 2022. We left just before the hurricane. The staff was AMAZING!! We came in about 2am and I had incorrectly clicked 1 bed, we needed 2. The hotel was booked and the clerk tried so hard to help remedy it. She actually gave me an Olive Garden salad she had in the back. Next day they were able to move us to a 2 bed room. The bistro served some of us before open hours. Always with a smile. The area was also great. Hotel super clean. Best staff award

    To start everyone that was working behind the desk was very sweet and had a good attitude. My plans at the end of my trip changed and I needed a room close to the airport... They had rooms available. Walking in the hotel was definitely clean, well put together, and updated better than many I've been in. The rooms were smaller than some but I always sleep deep in a Marriott bed. Also the water pressure on the shower was great. They have early shuttles to the Airport which made it easy to make my 5 50 am flight. Overall I enjoyed the stay very much!.

    Has a weird musty smell. My sinuses were all messed up from staying here. I think the carpets in the rooms need to be deep cleaned. I had a bad headache after staying here. Anyone else experienced this from staying here or is it just me? Pool was great. Staff friendly. Great location.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room was very large and clean. We were pleasantly surprised housekeeping cleaned up our room on day 2 without having to request it. A few things that need improvement: The water pressure in the shower is weak and the vent in our bathroom didn't work. In the room the A/C unit was loud. Other than that everything was great.

    The rooms were clean , front desk was friendly, but the bar closed at 10 pm they had no water for guest, most please I stay they have two containers with plain water and another infused , and on this one no courtesy water, it was a minus for me on FL heat

    Used this to spend the night after the ferry ride to the keys. When we had called they stated they had charging stations on site. Nope. But a very clean and quiet area. Staff was helpful and amazing.

    I think I'm going to start staying at Courtyard hotels whenever I can. The room was large and the beds were perfect. They even let my wife and I have 5 pillows each! There was a small bar 🍸 with a great bartender whose name I should have wrote down - she took great care of us and was very fun to talk with. The people at the front desk knew it was our 17th anniversary and made us feel welcome and even like VIP's. Everything was perfect. Thanks to the great people who work there that made it so much fun. Can't wait to come back.

    Taking away stats because Hotel staff insists on taking photo copy of the front and back of credit card and drivers license in order to get tax exemption status. These photocopies are accessible by other staff. This is highly suspect because the tax exempt code is on the credit card and could be easily verified without photocopying and storing. Taking away another star because quarters are required for laundry but you can’t charge that to your room. You have to go to an ATM and pay an ATM fee to get your $10 out of the ATM and then get quarters. This hotel does not trust their guests even ambassador elite status. Relocating to another Marriott property that does not photocopy credit cards and IDs or require cash for laundry quarters. Taking away another star because I was charged $2.35 for a half a pint of milk.

    Stayed here after a long night driving from GA. Called for an early check-in, and the clerk on the phone was so nice and helpful. I was able to check in at 12:30pm vs. 4pm. The property was beautiful, and the rooms were super clean. I will definitely stay here again.

    Staff including General Managers are very rude, they just hear your complain once and will drop the call, sticking their firm policies without understanding customer concerns. They don't care Customer Satisfactions. They absolutely not worried if you change your Marriott chain..... 1. I have been staying in this hotel for the past 2 days. Before and after I came to this hotel I called many times to request a King Spa room as soon as it became available. 2. But I was never updated for the same, even though it got available later. Today it got available, so instead of waiting on it, I booked the same and that new room is exactly the same as the existing one. 3. Right after I checked the room which is not like the one I wanted, I immediately cancelled the same so that they can give it to someone else. But now I just realised that it charged me a big amount for cancellation which was exactly the same as the current one. I talked to customer service and they said you need to talk to hotel staff but I got very bad experience the first time with Marriott with such unprofessional staff. 4. When I complained about this, the staff was very rude and they told me that you can move out. When I said this is not good, you did not inform me and when I did you should appreciate and support me.Should I swithc to another hotel chain?? I have been told that We don't care where you stay and they also said you can change the Marriott chain itself if you are not satisfied with Marriott hotels. 5. I always book hotels from Marriott only but this is my very bad experience and I have been punished for no reason. I know this might be my mistake that I booked from the website but my concerns are very genuine and I am not telling anything lie. If the other room is exactly the same as the current one then why such a big cancellation charge? Why should I pay for the rooms which are exactly the same? Only because you have a big cancellation fee and you want to make money from it? I already cancelled it and it's ready to use it for others. And I can still see on the website that it is available for booking. See below pictures and you will understand the customer concerns.... Below is the picture of room which I requested,

    Had a great stay at this courtyard. However the reason for the review is the wonderful staff! Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the bistro and the bar were so friendly and helpful!

    Staff was very friendly and accommodating during check in and out. The rooms were clean but the beds were absolutely horrible! You could feel every spring when you moved and they were worn out and flat. For $460 a night the mattresses should have been way more comfortable. We were very disappointed and still have not received a response from the email I sent to the manager 3 days ago.

    Staff is absolutely helpful here. They always treat me great. Wonderful customer service. Great pool and fire pit. Wonderful location, with tons of restaurants and stores to shop at. Rooms are spacious, updated, and very clean.

    I stayed at this location for our baseball tournament, and I really enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to shopping, food, and Costco (yay). The stay was great. Rooms cleaned. The staff was courteous and helpful, BUT my bartender Penny was the greatest. She was very nice and we had great conversations. I would definitely choose this Courtyard again if returning.

    Extremely clean and nice hotel. Set back into Gulf Coast Shopping Center but not annoyingly so. Breakfast and dinner along with Starbucks coffee made to order for a fee… which is delicious. Much better quality than what you’d get if it were free.

    Check in was very easy. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Sunday breakfast counter had good options and service was very personable! Conveniently located right at 75 in GC Town Center with myriad of food and entertainment options. Great alternative to higher priced hotels closer to Naples. Highly recommend!

    Great hotel! I stay here once (sometimes twice) a month. The rooms and common areas are always clean/tidy and the staff are kind and helpful! Rates can get high if I wait too long and book close to my trip - but otherwise it's a great Marriott location!

    Beautiful experience all around. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Complimentary 24hr snack shop. My ac wouldn't turn off and they're were ants in the bathroom sink for some reason but other than that great experience

    I was staying at the Courtyard this week and had a great experience at the bar. Friendly personality, overall good experience. I said hey, this was two days in a row at this bar. Only to find out that Sam, who was the bartender and Penny, night before, were sisters… both great bartenders. Kudo’s Courtyard for great finds. Business trips can be boring

    After a nightmare of waiting at the airport for hours and being delayed multiple times with a 7 year old and an adult with low motor activity, we airport canceled our flight and put us up at this hotel. the hotel shuttle picked us up within 7 minutes of calling. Once we arrived, we were greeted by two warm ladies (I was so tired I don’t remember their names (6/17)) and they made check in a breeze. They reserved our shuttle pick up for 1:30 PM the next day and even extended our check out until then!!! The next morning Eric was my super hero! I lost my toothpaste somehow and he came in clutch with some complementary toothpaste. Our party of four then later boarded our shuttle with a very nice gentleman and upon UNboarding, I STUPIDLY left my phone on the shuttle. I did not realize until I was already through security at the airport. I immediately called the hotel in a panic and Eric said he would check the shuttle as soon as it arrived. He called back within 20 minutes saying he found it and to contact the manager Andrea (?spelling) the next day after she clocked in at 2 pm. Instead of me contacting the hotel again.. Andrea called me at 2:02 PM!!!!! She took my information and is dropping my phone off to UPS today AND expedite shipping it back to me . I cannot express enough how throughly impressed I am with their all around, ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. LOVE LOVE LOVE

    The rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with parking that did not please us and there was a roach in the room that was upsetting to us. Staff was very polite very helpful.

    Fantastic experience, I slept extremely well, the beds were very comfortable as where the pillows and the hotel in an amazing location. Easy to get around and definitely recommend staying here. We came for a wedding and normally stay in Marriotts but the service here was impeccable. I left a bunch of items in the closet and I got a call with an hours of me, leaving saying that they have my items and Crystal the manager went over and beyond for me. I am so grateful for the customer experience as well as the fantastic stay! Thank you!!! It’s very similar to other courtyard Marriott’s, but I felt like it was extremely comfortable and it in a great location. Very safe and have tons of restaurants extremely close. The LA fitness is walkable.

    Clean, nice room, not very big, comfortable beds, parking in front of Hotel, very friedly , shuttle from and to Airport. Restaurant is really a Bistro with a small menu. Burger, chicken wings, quesadilla, salads and meatballs. Buffalo Wings where many and very good for 16$. Breakfadt 12 to 15$.Bar for alcoholic beverages is seperate and pretty expensive. Glass of wine 14$. bear 6:50$ Apart from that pleasant. Walking distance to Gulf coast Town Center and Restaurants.10min to Airport Ft. Myers .

    Jordan at the front desk was the most delightful, cheerful zoo, parent person, and Customer Service I have ever experienced. She has made our stay here truly special. You have a gem with her.. And she's humble and sweet, along with being very proficient. Couldn't have thought of a better combination of characteristics in a front desk employee. She could handle any job she ever wanted.

    We stayed for less than 12 hours, but it was a nice hotel. Clean, and all the staff was wonderful, friendly and inviting. The Bistro was quick and wonderful. The woman, I think her name was Kimmie, manning the stand was extremely gracious and attentive.

    Great hotel in a great location. Irma at the hotel restaurant/Starbucks was AMAZING!! She had the food & drinks flowing so quickly when there were quite a few guests in there, was very professional and managed the other staff very impressively! This hotel should hang onto staff members like Irma at all costs!!

    Terrible experience. Owner charged 3 times the price of the hotel room. Waited 3 hours to check in. To find out the place has bed bugs and completely filthy. Do not stay at this place.

    I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I will say the rooms are clean, spacious, and beds are comfortable. I never have issues at this specific location. But my recent stay I know for a fact I left a pair of expensive Jordan sneakers under the bed and I called about them a day later and I was told there was nothing found. I am so upset and can’t believe they actually have thieves who work for this company. I will never stay here again after this. Great hotel but please double check for your valuables because the housekeepers will keep them!!

    I recently flew in for a wedding. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially "Andrew"! He provided us with all the needed information and went above and beyond the ordinary customer service. Everyone was always smiling and attentive. Clean rooms, nice cafe to catch a meal or a Starbucks coffee. I would book here again any day when you can receive such kindness!!
