This place is the best. The staff are always great with my toddler. They can do x-rays, breathing treatments and a number of other things right on site. I've been coming here for years myself but now I feel comfortable bringing my child here, too. Can't thank them enough for all the care they continue to provide to us.

Burbank Urgent Care has provided me better service than my primary care physician has in the past two years. The ability to make a reservation online saves so much time. Dr. Lee and the PA's have excellent interpersonal communication skills, listen to you and make you feel line you're important and WILL be cared for to their utmost ability. I cannot say how much I appreciate them.

I went with my son on Christmas Eve morning. We completed the necessary forms and we did not have to wait long. The staff were helpful and made us feel comfortable. The doctor was great and diagnosed our condition fast. Thanks to Burbank Urgent care you guys are doing a great job Sid

I have visited Burbank Urgent Care twice. I experienced far shorter wait times than other urgent care facilities. I was also able to find parking on the street and on the lot. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have some nice policies to help the late arrivals. I appreciate the care and consideration I observed while waiting my turn. It’s chill environment in the waiting room, yet people were being called pretty quickly. If you have to go to urgent care waiting less is good.

This is my go to place when I have an Urgent Care matter! Professional front desk, courteous and kind nurses and Dr Devaraj Bikash is extremely knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, he makes you feel seen! Cannot recommend this medical facility enough!

Our experience here was very positive. The staff is absolutely professional (even late in the day having endured dozens of patients). We were seen quickly and treated with great care. I highly advise making an appointment on line if possible. It really speeds the process and makes things go even more smoothly. I highly commend the staff and facilities of Burbank Urgent Care. I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Making a reservation for a visit is the greatest most efficient way to go. Staff is always friendly and take care of you right away. Doctors are very knowledgeable and will recommend a return visit if necessary. It's also very important that they can take your exray, if it's warranted. That way you get answers right away. It's nice to get things done there without having to drive to other places. I always recommend Burbank Urgent Care.

We had a very good experience with this urgent care. The staff was patient and helpful. We had two patients who needed urgent care. Overall everything went well. It was quite reasonable price wise since the two patients were travelers and paying out of pocket. Thanks to emergency physician to explain to us everything. Thanks to the front reception for their patience and help.

Came in this past weekend for my dog's swollen eye. I've always noticed that vets lack people skills, but everyone I interacted with in this office was calm, friendly, and informative. For a truly life-threatening emergency, I would recommend visiting an emergency vet hospital but Burbank Urgent Care is awesome for day-of care.

From beginning to end it was a great experience! Every person that greeted and attended to my needs were amazing! They listened to my concerns, I wasn’t rushed and were diligent about getting tests done right away. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was VERY pleased! Had to do a walk in and the receptionist was very helpful with helping me out with that. I also enjoyed all the nurses who I interacted with very nice and thorough. It was very quick and easy mind you it was an 1/2hr wait but thankfully I was able to go home and come back. Nothing but a positive experience for me.

Great service. Wonderful and caring doctors and medical workers. They have all the equipment necessary to diagnose you on the spot. I have brought my son here a few times as a toddler and preschooler and today brought my mom here for urgent care. Nothing else crossed my mind. My mom was in good hands today. Will continue to use their services whenever the need arises.

I've been to this urgent care twice now and both experiences have been nothing less than amazing. The fact you can schedule a time to show up is very very helpful for when the issue might not be as pressing but you can't get a apt with your normal doctor. Very friendly staff, online ability to upload documents, knowledgeable doctors and really quick turn around. Very clean and kept as well!

Came in with a deep wide wound. Registration was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr. was friendly, good bedside manner, and knowledgeable. Cleaned me up, stitched me up, got X-rays to rule out fracture and was on my way in less than 2 hrs. It was my second time there and boy experiences were good.

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses were so polite and professional. The nurses were so nurturing and very attentive and made me feel important. It's so refreshing in today's world. It's just what every person needs to feel when you are going to an urgent care. The wait time was very easy. It was clean and open waiting area. So thankful for the care i received.

This place saved my life at one point. I was going through severe abdominal pain that lasted for days. After the doctor checked me and conducted some tests, they found out that I was having gallbladder attacks. And I was informed I needed surgery. Thank you to the nice, caring, and compassionate doctor that helped me! So grateful for him for finding out what was really happening and not just prescribing me pills for pain!

This is by far the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. I was away from home visiting my daughter and had to seek Urgent Care. I went first thing in the morning and got right in. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lee. Hands down one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He was so kind. He listened to everything I had to say and offered the best treatment and testing that I needed. He was able to get me in for a ultrasound that I needed the same day. The ultrasound tech, Vahe was so kind and efficient. The front office staff was kind and helpful. I didn't get everyone's names but a big shout out to Natalie and Felipa. A week later I was still having concerns and I called, and Dr. Lee was so kind to call me and further help me. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Lee and all of the staff are here. Absolutely amazing care here. They all go above and beyond to help. This goes a long way when you are away from home and nervous. They truly show they care and made me feel much better. It's very clean and they had a hepa filter in the room I was in. Masks required. You can book an appointment ahead of time on their website which is nice and it also show the stand by wait time. If you are looking for an urgent care that actually cares and treats you well, this is the place. Dr. Lee, thank you for actually caring and showing you truly want to be a doctor and help people. I wish more doctors would follow your lead.

Upon checking in very simple, once you’re done, checking in, you’ll get a link to finish up your check-in and then I’ll call you to pay your co-pay on what time you approximately be called into the doctors office. The three ladies at the front were exceptionally professional. I don’t know how they deal with the public. I give her a lot of props for dealing with that kind of mentality that walks through the, keep their poise in the camaraderie between on a plus plus rating. I’m normally see Dr Lee, but they were so busy that I saw the PA Christina Davidian, she was very professional and thorough, explain everything in detail give me a hand out sheet before I was done. Also that the MA was excellent and professional.

I think Urgent Primary Care is a more appropriate name for this place. I always dread going to the urgent care due to the Spirit Airlines/ Pet Shelter aesthetic and the fact that it is usually anything but urgent and hardly care. It couldn't wait this week and I had to go. Couldn't have been a better choice. Everyone was nice, let you know what to expect next and I received considerate, informed personalized care for my condition. Dr Lee and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic.

I was having trouble with my stomach and the Doctor took it serious. He listened and even wrote a note saying I needed a lot of testing. The hospital found a tumor in my stomach. I was able to get the help I needed and I got drugs in an IV and the pain was managed. I also got a biopsy all due to him writing this letter to the Hospital saying it was an emergency. Incredible Doctors. Would recommend this Urgent care to everyone. Caring and loving staff as well. They are not there just for a paycheck. They actually care. Great Doctors! The only reason why he couldn’t help me was because he didn’t have the right equipment

Best urgent care, staff is phenomenal, Great Doctors, very straight forward. walk ins without waiting several hours to be seen. If you think you may need an ultrasound, DO NOT GO TO THE ER, or an urgent care that doesn't have the machine. It will cost you hundreds or thousands! Burbank Urgent care has Ultrasound. A+

Walked in. Very quick check in. After check in waited for about 5 mins. The front desk person is very welcoming. The nurse was very pleasant as well. And lastly I really loved the doctor there. I went for a gynecological check up on some symptoms. She was so nice and very gentle. What I loved is that she asked if I need a medication for what she was guessing I’m having or if I can wait, because she didn’t want to just give me something (like some doctors) she wanted to give me only something that I really need for the best result. I thankfully I was able to wait for a couple of days until the results. Very happy about my visit. Thank you so much!!!

I was in a car accident and having lots of pain in my ribs. My doctor referred me to Burbank urgent care. I went to their website at about 10 AM and was able to make a 315 appointment same day. They later texted me that they were running late, which I appreciate it. The building seems to be going through renovations but there were plenty of signs to direct me where to go. I was greeted immediately and helped to check in. The staff were friendly and competent. There was even an extra waiting area set up outside with shade but due to the hundred degree temperatures I chose to wait inside. The waiting room was not full at all only maybe three other people while I was waiting. The medical assistant was very patient and kind I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Christina met with me, Did a thorough exam and ordered x-rays. I felt she knew her stuff and was patient with me and my questions. She is a very fast talker but I didn't mind that as long as I wasn't feeling rushed which I wasn't. I didn't have long to wait for the initial x-ray results which fortunately showed no fractures. All in all a positive experience. Thank you for taking good care of me!

This is the best urgent care center around! Courteous staff, efficient service, clean location, and helpful, professional doctors. Also, the reservation system can greatly reduce time in the waiting room! I wish I had known about this place when my son was little. Highly recommended.

I was a walk-in this morning due to an injury that needed immediate attention. They got me in and out in an hour and a half! I was expecting a lot longer wait since I didn’t have an appointment and needed X-Rays. All the staff was very friendly and empathetic. The Dr. is one I’ve seen before as well as my children and he is great!! I’ve always had good experiences at this Urgent Care.

My family and I have been to this urgent care on several occasions. My review is way overdue. The treatment we have received when we’ve been there is phenomenal! The doctors on staff are very caring and take their time with the patient. The staff is also very nice and cordial when we have asked questions. We have always left satisfied and with peace of mind knowing we have been treated well. I highly recommend this urgent care you will not be disappointed!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is courteous, quick, and takes their time for your personal care. I was able to do a walk in with minimal wait time. The receptionists were very kind and the doctor I saw was Lee . Dr Lee was kind hearted, a very very nice man and uplifting individual, he stitched my father Primo within Minutes. Nurse Kimberly was very nice she translated to my dad in Spanish clearly . We left amazed honestly it doesn’t feel like a medical office. I felt like I was in spa, relax no worries staff was super welcoming, the place didn’t feel creepy. Thank you Dr Lee, and your wonderful staff.

This past week, I was a walk-in patient festooned with all manner of mysterious insect bites and fortunately didn't have to wait very long before I was seen. The front-desk staff and doctors were all very courteous and professional. Dr. Christina was exceptionally thorough in her careful assessment of my situation and provided excellent advice along with appropriate prescriptions. Aside from the slight delay as a walk-in, the service and health care couldn't be faulted by this grateful patient.

Maybe I got lucky 🍀 however this was the best service I have ever received ! I got in and out in less than an hour and got to see three providers including a doctor getting an x-ray, a shot, a wheelchair l, upfront parking, And the quickest check in . Thank you guys for being so amazing and blessing me on this lucky day even though I was messed up with a torn meniscus and right now I have crushes I gotta say you did Impeccable work ! BRAVO ! I’ve been in and out of Saint Joseph’s on Alameda for three years and they take hours @ a time maybe it’s the waitlist or the amount of staff . Either way you guys should be recommended an have an Award ! Thx again & blessings !

For years I have received the most wonderful care at Burbank Urgent Care. This am I had to go to have a stud earring removed from my ear. I was anxious because the day prior 3 people tried assisting me to remove a faulty backing with no results. Dr. Lee and the PA( sorry forgot name) were amazing, providing such compassionate care and patience. The earring wasn't even damaged! Thanks so much again. Forever grateful. Leah
