WORST courier service ever existed don’t know why a huge brand such as adidas would even collaborate with them. On the tracker it states that item has been delivered and signed upon delivery and I still have not received my parcel (i was at home the entire day). Only god knows which soul signed the delivery and where my parcel is.

Completely unprofessional couriers. Upon checking tracking, it states that the item could not be delivered due to consignee not available; but I was at home the whole time (MCO) and they did not even attempt to call to check. Upon contacting customer service; they said will attempt re-delivery; but they merely push the blame to both the receiver; and the sender and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Do not buy from companies using Quantium Solutions as their logistic partner.

I won't give any stars if I could On their tracker, the thing I ordered was out for delivery But then I never had any phone call, rings on my doorbell and I never received my things on time. Then I looked at the tracker it said Consignee not available... I was literally at home the whole time, no ring on doorbell, no phone call and they blame everything on consignee.

Shipment fee is RM10 but provide this kind of service. WHERE IS MY PARCEL NOW !!!! Fellows company please do not use their service for god sick

I bought thru adidas website on 4th july and i received my sandals today 8th july by gdex.i am located in kuching sarawak and altho im bit worry reading all the negative comments here but i am super relieved. This is unbiased comment and based on own experience. Maybe because im from east msia hence they usin 3rd party shipment hence the fast delivery, am not sure. But im thankful so i have proceed to buy another sandl for my daughter. Im givin it a week so hopefully there wont be delay beyond that

Man very angry about my order that say will be process pls wait. You know what? I buy Nike which is using Gdex and I receive it in five day. But Adidas using this carrier, I already wait for one month still haven’t receive my order. And also, cannot tracking just keep saying processing. Terrible company.

Bad courier service ever! It state that 'consignee not reachable' even they do not come to my home at all. I was home waiting for my important parcel for the whole day. Already contact but there is no one answering my call. Please improve your service, I need my parcel arrived ASAP.

I don't know why the sports direct company collaborated on this carrier.I placed my order since dec.12 2022 but until now I haven't received my parcel there's no progress not even a response from the contact # provided. It's been2 weeks now.

Ordered shoes through Adidas. 26/1/2023 - Today order status says order delivered, but I did not receive the package. 27/1/2023 Courier came the next day and found my package was given to my neighbor.

Dont use this service super super terrible item lost they say we pay only declare value and we mention before sign agreement all say ok end of the day changing story and ask ahlong come collect payment sales ask wait we wait suddenlt ah long come collect this comoany just talk only all shipment 30 to 60 pack lost since 2020 to 2021 february march they say u can claim rm10 per shipment awhile say u cak claim only few packing. Terrible scammer 2013 until now this compant never growing just talk only.
