Money making hospital! The corporate sector is such a thief and will do anything to take as much money they can. And the doctors....."you can handle the pain. You have to leave the hospital" They left the patient just because they wanted her to come back again and they can recollect the money. They simply said they don't care about the pain, you are fine. Is it how a doctor should talk and should handle? The hospital has got only big name and big infrastructure..... But inside the structure, you will get mice.

Well experienced and helpful staff and doctors, and well equipped with latest technologies & equipments. Rooms are cleaned after every 2-3 hrs. Nurse and doctors visit frequently to keep check on patients health. Food served is of good quality. There are canteens and sitting area for visitors. Visiting hours are 5-7 pm in evening. For parking there is EDMC parking adjacent to max hospital. So, vehicle parking is not an issue. Wheelchairs are available for patients at every entry gate.

The hospital is just for looting patients and their family. Be aware and take patients here at your own risk.

Very worst hospital, condition is so pathetic. Treating patient worst way. I was admitted due to pain in left leg. after so many hours wait they have given me painkiller. The painkiller even increased my pain in unbearable way. No doctors and nurse even ready to see and what they will treat. I asked for discharge and went to other hospital. My condition was mishandled by MAX and treated worst way as without any experience.

Very disappointed with careless and unprofessional attitude of hospital staff. They lost my newborn blood sample, didn't care to inform us. When we went to pick the test reports few weeks later then only got to know. The staff tried to make lame excuses with no accountability nor care to own up their mistake. We had to fight up to medical superintendent and again gave blood sample and this Dr Shashwath promised to have the reports mailed so that we won't have to visit hospital agin however its been 20 days no response. Bad service.

With the means of my social account, I would like to bring a pathetic situation of Max Hospital, Patparganj which only aims at fleecing the public but have no time for the up keep of the hospital. One can easily view the situation from the attached photograph of the broken chairs and visitors have no other go but to roam about from one corner to another. The concerned management of the hospital needs to give serious thought to this deplorable condition of the hospital. After enquiring from a hospital staff, I came to know this situation is from pass 4+months. Review that coming in my mind if someone asks me how this Max is: No proper sitting broken chairs, hyped less seating cafeteria. Useless place. Money connecting bank. Check the rate list. To repair this seating area would only take 1 persons per day room charges. These seats are broken from pass 6months this is what a sweeper told me. This place sucks. Cafeteria coffee of nescafe which is worth Rs.10 is Rs.60 here.

This is not a hospital its a place where they pick your life time earnings.. And if u are CGHS/corporate beneficiary they will treat u as animals. It's my advice to all middle class/any other CGHS/corporate beneficiary ppl plz don't go to MAX.. U can see what kind of ppl they are. And what are doing to rate it up..

I had to visit the hospital some days ago and came to know how to earn lots of lots of money by giving no special treatment in this so called super speciality centre.....,πŸ˜€. Not a hospital..... just money collection office. After spending 17+ lacs ....their statement is still same..... All hospital staff are master in argument and looting money........ Behaviour of staff, sanitation and services like food, nurses ,housekeeping are very good like hotel, but looting exist there too.. Doctors do not have time for patient after addmission.Poor cordination of doctors . This is my genuine feedback. If you don't trust me,Visit there and you also will feel the same, I guaranttee. " There is only one aspect where you can say....it is AWESOME and that aspect is YOUR BILL" 🀫

Came here for getting treatment for cist on my eye. Admin Feedback1: I saw a doctor on day 1, the doctor refered me to another Max hospital saying you need to see a doctor there and there won't we any extra charges for this. I reached the hospital, first thing they ask is pay the money. They didn't had my appointment listed even. They call you when it's their motive - treatment and fees they don't show empathy when it's your need. More feedback coming

One of the worst administration in the max chain.clueless people roaming around. Billing and bed management is the worst in this place.none of the staff( front desk, counselors, bed managers)was able to explain the process for issuing a room, ball passing to one another and pathetic behavior. They are only good in following up till admission.

Extremely poor experience with the hospital. Doctors visit in the room is just for 20 seconds and they do not explain anything at all. Doctors just want to increase the bill. when I asked them a question, they said google the answer. Nursing staff is untrained and non-coeprative. I would NOT recommend this hospital at all.

Today line for collection of report at radiology department was too much. The person responsible was either too slow or not experienced. At peak hours it is recommended to have assistance

I have consulted doctors from Internal medicine and Gastroenterology department. Experience was good. Advice and medicines recommended were very effective and gave immediate relief. Best thing is that all required facilities like lab, chemist etc are available under one roof. Working of the hospital is very systematic. Staff are also very cooperative. Hospital is having very advanced machines and very experienced doctors/staff to operate it who perform different tests and diagnostic/surgical procedures with minimum pain/discomfort to the patient.

Worst hospital. First time we checked our bill in 3 weeks and We caught them overcharging in the bill and till now nobody is able to explain and every department is passing the buck to others. Giving lame excuses. Going to report to medical council and delhi health department. Such hospitals are a blot on our Healthcare system fleecing customers. For payments, they Will call late at night and threaten to stop medicine to patients. Should be give Zero star.

Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj, in my view, is a hospital par excellence with top-notch doctors, very caring nursing staff and very affable general staff. The hospital is kept very clean and hygienic with regular cleaning and mopping. The laboratories offer excellent and precise diagnostic services. The response time to any problem is very quick. But there is always a room for improvement in the unending journey to perfection.

I wonder how being a max hospital they’ve nothing to offer I didn’t felt like private hospital moreover like a government hospital my aunty required a wheelchair so that sister just took another patient from the chair and got for her and when it came about the OT situation the patient was unattended by any sister, she was just lying down for 15-20 min for no reasons and I wasn’t told for half and hour. And please Max hospital team kindly not reply to this message rather act on it. I don’t really need any sympathy from your end. Highly not recommend since it’s just not my review but thousands of people as you can see it’s been reviewed by thousands so never get caught by the stars they’ve as a rating !! Hats off to the government who’s not working for the health sector in government sector rather promoting these private sectors.

Respected Management, Your hospital is charging not disclose amount to me. I am in deep trouble, also they our mentally harassing me from post lunch. After asking many times they are not explaining me my bill amount ( itemised bill). Also when patient was admitted in the room just outside the room some repairing/construction work was going on, after requesting many times to change my room, or stop this work as patient was extremely in pain and much disturbed. Worst Hospital and management. Video is attached herewith

Probably a best'health care center in East Delhi. Doctors are well experienced, staff is helpful. Housekeeping services are well maintained. Some times some medicine prescribed are not available in the pharmacy. It should be checked. I recommend Max Patparganj for quality treatment.

Possibly the worst pharmacy staff in india. Too busy figuring out the content playing on their phone to bother helping customers. One was very clear that he wasn’t going to do any work and that we should approach the other 2- ofcourse, he then got hold of the second guy to show him some invaluable content. With two out of action, one man stood tall to service all the waiting customers. And after a 20 minute wait , simply said it’s not there - which he very well knew when the question was asked. You run a business - we get it. Is it too much to ask that we can be served by staff that can delay content watching for a bit ?

My mother underwent two surgeries at Max Super Speciality Hospital: gallbladder removal performed by Dr. Deewan and uterus removal by Dr. Kanika Gupta. Initially, we sought consultation with Dr. Meenu Walia, whose demeanor was disappointingly arrogant. I would not recommend her services; she treated patients from private hospitals as if they were inconveniencing her, showing little regard for their concerns. Subsequently, we turned to Dr. Kanika Gupta. Initially, our interactions were satisfactory, but post-surgery, her attention to detail concerning my mother's condition was lacking. Despite my mother's persistent fever and attempts to communicate her discomfort, Dr. Gupta seemed disinterested and failed to address our inquiries during follow-up appointments. This indifferent attitude resulted in multiple hospital visits and even an emergency room visit. Despite my mother's concerns regarding her sutures, Dr. Gupta displayed a lack of concern. Moreover, it is worth noting that Max Super Speciality Hospital charges hefty fees for their services, despite the quality of care not meeting our expectations. Overall, my experience with Dr. Kanika Gupta left me disappointed. Her demeanor was consistently indifferent, and she appeared uninterested in listening to her patients' questions or concerns. I am only giving this review two stars, solely based on the satisfactory work of Dr. Deewan.

Called today morning to enquire about vaccination, booster dose. They told the time 11:30am-1:30pm. I wanted to take appointment, she said it's on walk-in basis so appointment is not required. We reached max ppg at 12:45pm. At the counter, the lady said that it's not possible today and we have to call n take appointment prior to coming. I told her that i have called, she said that the mobile that she is carrying, on that mobile a call was to be made, but no where that number is given. Very very mismanaged. I was carrying a 1yr old baby, n wanted yo get my mother vaccinated, who is 75yrs old. Very poor management, no proper communication. The number provided on your website gives wrong information. Very very disappointed. Later Mrs. Pal from the hospital contacted us and listened to all our concerns. As the certificate was wrongly issued of 2nd dose vaccination, and we got the booster dose applied, and she helped in getting a corrected certificate. Thanks alot Mrs. Pal.

There is no option given for negative rating. I wish I could give them 0 star. Pathetic services by the hospital attending staff. I have never seen these types of thugs ever. Not a Hospital just Money making center. All hospital staff is expert in doing arguments. They are there to extract money only. Consulting Dr is always in operation theater [to contact Dr is not an easy task]. Still I would say Dr did his job perfectly but his team made a big blunder while making discharge summary of the patient. Due to silly typing mistake by the hospital staff entire cashless claim went to big ZERO. Ms Monica [TPA Head of the Max hospital west wing is so rude to talk and very inhuman . She makes you run here and there fruitlessly. Monica referred us to Dr. Saxena [Admin Head] stating that she knows your concern go and talk to her. On meeting Dr Saxena she called Monica in front of us and asked for what we are here to meet her??? [to kya pata tha use???]. Dr. Saxena smartly made few calls here and there and showed her inability do anything [ said we are employee ; nothing is there in her hand ;it is big corporate , no one is going to listen anything, max hospital is not like Yashoda or Kailash hospital where owner is single- they are helpless to coordinate with higher management] When we showed her our difficulty in arranging money as bill comes out to be huge for middle class person and asked for some discount on the bill. She offered us to reduce bill from double sharing to economy. She threatened us in a very polite manner "ki bina bill pay kiye to app yahan se patient ko le jaa nahi sakte, bill to aapko bharna hi padega" (believe me the difference b/w bill of twin sharing and economy class was almost 50 thousand rupees) As it is a matter of insurance claim all bills were already presented to insurance company, we asked her not to do changes in class and give us the same discount on twin sharing bill rather than economy class. Then both Dr Saxena and Monica said for what we will give you this much discount, what they will show? for what this much discount offered to us.?? [sab mile huein hain] When we insisted not do changes in class and asked to give discount on exact bill amount of twin sharing only - 3 different discounts were told by the same hospital staff. By Dr Saxena discount offered was b/w 15-20k, Monika said discount will be b/w 5-6 k and billing person said it could be around 10 k only but finally Only 4 k discount was offered to us on total bill amount.[oonth ke muh mein jeera] Attention M.S MAX hospital Padpadganj- your staff deals with patients and TPA department with insurance Co. on daily basis. They should check discharge summary 10 times before sending it for insurance claim - with no fault of us and small typing mistake made by your esteemed hospital staff. Which created a big blunder and consequence bears by the patient and his relatives. Sincere request think twice before availing this hospital services else experience yourself and regret later .

I am writing under extremely distressing circumstances. My father, SK Chadha, was under the care of Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj, and I am writing to express grave concerns and circumstances leading to his unfortunate demise. 1) November 30, 2023-He was in ICU, 9th floor C wing, my father told me that on this night, he reported excruciating pain between 10 pm to 6 am. Despite repeated calls for assistance, he received no response. His exact words were, "Beta ye ek dum 3rd class ICU hai, isse jyada to room me care karte hai." (this is a 3rd class ICU, it's even worse than the normal room). This lack of immediate attention and apparent disregard for his suffering in an ICU deeply concerns me. 2) December 1, 2023: Following physician instructions to move to a room at 12 pm, my father was left without a room until 5 pm. After obtaining references within the hospital, we secured a room around 6:30-6:45 pm. Shockingly, the room wasn’t prepared until 7:45 pm. I met him at 5:30 pm and he was completely fine. Subsequently, when I inquired about transferring him from the ICU, a nurse informed me that transfers were not conducted after 8 pm, now they will transfer tomorrow morning after 10 am . I am baffled by such a rule that seemingly prioritizes bureaucracy over urgent patient needs. 3) December 1 (after 8pm) and December 2, 2023: Anticipating a shift to the room on this day, my father's hope was shattered. This disappointment led to significant emotional distress, which I strongly believe contributed to his deteriorating health and subsequent demise. Upon receiving a call at 3:30 am that my father is not well, "Nurse/Dr-can we put him on a ventilator", we said yes please do whatever you can do to save him, and we reached the hospital by approximately 3:50-4 am, I suspect my father had already passed away by then. The CPR administered seemed futile, almost as if it were a formality, while Dr. Tanveer (to the best of my knowledge) stood by and nurses were performing the CPR.This prompts serious concerns about the extent of efforts undertaken to save my father's life. 4) December 2, early morning- There was a distressing delay in receiving my father's body after his passing at 4:20 am. Despite the time of his passing, we encountered a five-hour delay in receiving his body until 9:30 am, which deeply troubled our family. This extended wait, especially if related to settling a INR 440 balance, is distressing. Our emotional strain was exacerbated by the extended hospital stay. Though we were told that it won't take more than 2-2.5 hours. I am utterly devastated by the loss of my father, and I am determined to ensure that his tragic death won't go in vain. I respectfully request a thorough investigation into these events and a detailed explanation of the protocols followed during my father's care. Furthermore, I am resolved to pursue necessary actions to seek justice for my father's untimely demise and to ensure that such lapses in patient care do not recur within your esteemed institution. I request below things: 1) Strict action agaiest Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj so that it won't happen again with someone else. 2) Priorities should be given based on patient health rather than hospital internal rules 3) In case of a death, patient body should be handed over to the family as soon as possible rather than after recovering balacne money from the patient family 4) If possible install in camaras in hospitals ICU, so everyone can know the truth. It's my humble request to please help and look into this matter asap, so that other patient can get better care and treatment.

We had our baby delivered here at Max patparganj, overall the experience was good they took care of the mother and the baby really well which is obviously the most important thing when you visit a hospital. The doctors and the nurses were really good, polite and answered all our questions and concerns. The security people over here are extremely tight and they DO NOT allow multiple family members visiting, so that is some thing some people may not like. They should upgrade their TVs in the single rooms as the one that we got did not work and the staff replaced it with another faulty and super small TV so the TV never really worked in the room.

Some doctors are worst and some are good , you will never know, who will be going to treat you, if you are having good fortune , you will be in the hands of good ones and you will be alive and if you are having bad fortune , you will be died. They are always sucking your hard earned money for useless tests and keep deteriorating your body for doing such tests. My relative came here for just neck pain and he end up with giving his life with huge hospital bill..

Max ID: EHPG.745405 My wife was admitted in Max PPG for Chemotherapy on 18.10.2022. However, the same couldn't be performed due to infection in PICC line. She was discharged on 22.10.2022. During her stay as IPD this time or even on previous occasion, I observed the casual approach of most of the nursing staff. The staff has very casual towards maintenance of PICC line which is placed in right hand of my wife. The nurses place the cap of PICC anywhere even on bed casually and again put it on PICC line without sanitize it or clean it. Due to same, my wife got infection and her chemotherapy is being delayed. The nurses never provide reports on discharge even they don't know which report is to be given to patient. On request by attendant they search for reports. Further, many times, the medicine which is mentioned in discharge summary not given to patient. for example Syrup Cremaffin & Mucaine is is showing to be issued on 18/10/2022 and 19/10/2022 but no syrup given on 19/10/2022. When asked on discharge, nursing staff said the syrup is misplaced. Kindly look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action for carelessness of hospital due to which my wife has been infected and her life saving treatment is delayed.

My experience with max patparganj, in 2016, the best in services and cares like 5 star hotel, 2019, services are poor, 2024, worst service. I had a bad experience this time no cleaning, no cares, being a patient i will visiting to nurse by myself to leave the bed. And chares are not reasonable 1.20lakhs for 3days and their worst service. Why I am going there because of Dr.s are best. (1 nurse is handling 10 patients, ) may be after covid everthing thing is run down now days, hope to get better services in future.

Very Negative feedback for Max Vaishali and Max patparganj, Never recomanded this hospital, I lost my mother due to their wrong advise and wrong Treatment, they are only making money,I am going to file a court case against them .Dr Maoj tayal Director (Radiologist // Dr Rajat Saha Medical oncologist// Dr Jitendra ( Radiologist) and Dr Akshay (Junior of Dr Manoj Tayal, they are all giving treatement to my mother and after 4 months of the radiation my mother had passed away. so they are only money making people, not very much expectation from their management ,because they are making a fool of the patients. Now I shall see in a court.

This hospital is now money making hotel. Jo bhi Emergency me aaya hai no matter kya issue hai fever hai ya headache usko 2-3 din ICU me rakha hi jata hai just for "OBSERVATION". Doctors are now least concerned about the patient. Daily visit (2 times and 2 docs) is just a formality but yes charges of visit are mandatory (bhale hi dekhne jaye ya nahi jaye). Once you admits in ICU then bill comes 80K plus per day. Attendant ki permission and bina intimate kiye ulte sidhe test karte hai. Doctors don't tell attendant about the current status of patient. My father was admitted in this hospital due to brain hemorrhage and we got to know after 2 days that he had brain hemorrhage. NOTE: if you have any kind of insurance or CGHS card then prefer this hospital otherwise they will suck every penny out of your pocket. DGHS has already suspended this hospital.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with MAX SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL. We've had a horrible experience at this hospital. The doctors and the other staff are good for nothing. The services are extremely poor. They are not at all concerned about the patients. My patient was admitted in the emergency and was left without any treatment until the next day. We were left frustrated and disappointed and our patient was in immense pain. I definitely do not recommend this hospital to anyone even in the most emergency scenario if you love your patient do not, DO NOT take them here. However it’s just not my review but thousands of people as well. DO NOT COME HERE FOR TREATMENT IT CAN ALSO COST YOU YOUR LIFE !!

Obtained a head injury while swimming visiting in New Delhi, I was immediately taken to this location where I was looked after in a timely manner. The staff was understanding of the language barrier, as a foreigner I felt safe and cared for among these people. If you ever find the need for medical attention while in this area be sure to visit this location for the best service. A special thanks to Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal for taking the time to speak to my father and I, while also ensuring my injury was looked after in the appropriate manner.

world wrost hospital - let's go in detail.. If your patient is in moderate condition then their doctors get your patient condition so worst. Hospital people have only one job to rob you and specially haematology department "Dr. Nivedita Dhingra" she's have no more experience about their own department what useless lady she is .. and their untrained nurse how pathetic , inhuman , useless, ..no trained doctor is required for ICU, how strange. Everyone in this hospital is very careless, be it the doctors or the staff, no one is able to do their work properly, all are useless and trendless people in this hospital, so please do not take risk with your patient . If you want to bring him back alive, then this hospital is not for you and your family They will kill you mentally, they will kill your patient .I can't suggest anyone to go this worst hospital if you love your family members

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

Worst hospital ever seen. Dr. Treated wrongly for money and my patient died. Converter from Normal to Dead body. And hospital management will hide your patient on ventilator because dead body can also take breath on ventilator. Isi ke wajah se ventilator charge kar ke 30 lakhs ka bill banaya aur patient ko bhi maar diya.

One of the best hospitals in Delhi! Went here to get my mother’s treatment for Galstones, the staff is really professional, doctors are really kind and professional, the treatment was done in a span of few days and I must say after visiting many other hospitals I regret I shouldn’t have wasted my time elsewhere! This is the place to visit! They would treat the patient in the best way possible and discharge them Asap! The medicines are best of quality, rooms are amazing, hygiene is top notch! Everything is as smooth as it can be! Great experience! Highly recommended!

The Emergency department is helpful, cooperative and very friendly. Overall staff and facilities are excellent. My husband got treated here for dengue. I was quite impressed by the empathy doctors had for the patient and it gave me comfort that he was being treated well. Post hospitalisation consultation was so hassle free that it made me rate this hospital as one of the best in delhi.
