Case in point, when I asked the cashier to remove one item from the bill because the price printed was incorrect and the price on the system was thrice the printed price, she refused without any apologies. I had to abandon cart and probably am much happier ordering them online. It's a shame, though. They could be popular.

In store shopping is allowed. I personally love miniso products..here all the things are available for kids, youngsters and for older people too, which includes products related to Fashion, interior, home decor, cosmetics and much more ..... Must visit place inside the mall... Here you can find Japanese and Korean products including new fragrances and deos....

Miniso Vasant Kunj, located at the Ambiance Mall (1st Floor) offers customers a wide variety of home goods. From soft toys for your kids to stationery items and personal care products - you can find such a diverse range of products here. Their collection of soft toys and other kids’ products are really impressive. P.S. - Locating the store at the mall might be a little tricky. It’s beside the Uniqlo store on the first floor.

All expenses can be hired up here...😅 Kid gudie, makeup , begs n ol...all essentials are available at the store. It's clean and sober... perfume stock was so gud...♥️

The most unprofessional and rude management every, specially this store and it's staff is hell, they are rude, arrogant and they think if your middle-class you're a thief, If your middle-class visiting the store they just keep watch on you if they make someone follow you untill you start feeling uncomfortable yourself, if you don't believe me watch the cctv footage of the store, if the management doesn't do something about it only people who they think can enter should or you be insulted or made fun off by the staff, someone reads this and does something about this branch and the cashier was a lady I don't understand what her problem was so rude for no reason it doesn't take anything to be kind, I'll never visit the store again and I was with my family and my mom was wearing Indian so they think if a Indian lady wearing a suit is a thief but if a lady wearing western clothes is fine even if her kids are throwing stuff of the store it's ok for them. Nice class bias they're doing with people I have never visited or bought anything from your store after that and won't.

Amazing store to shop at very reasonable prices. It is a mini store of anything starting from school supplies, Stuff toys, perfumes, clothing range, bags and a lot more. It is one of the best stores to shop from. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, they help you in choosing stuff as well.

It has always been a great place for quality products(except the electronic stuff)and cute stuff for affordable prices. Have to visit it everytime I come here you do too. Enjoy!!

I love miniso product but this particular store did not have enough items. All they were decorating with was the same product more than 20 pcs in display. So please bring new products we love miniso.

its fine, but doesn't have much of anything. the miniso at the Vegas mall is infinitely better stocked.

This place has the horrible staff ever. Please be ready to be ignored if you're asking for something. I don't even understand why is miniso or the franchisee onwer paying them for? The normal kirina store treat people more respectfully than these people will ever do. How can you expect people to visit your store if you have hired such screwheads who don't even know how to be nice to people. I did pass along a feedback to the people on the counter, still no response from them. The management needs to train them on how to interact with people.

Good store, and well stocked. However, the in mall location is hard to find as it is located around a corner. And the store lacked any testers for the technical accessories, such as wires and headsets.

I love this place for cute things to use in your day by day products. Recently I purchased a food container and got lots of love for this from office and friends.

It is so cute like the decor is definitely going to purify your girls soul. The stuff inside this store is also so cute ranging from cute purses to wallets to combs and cute clips. It has cute plushies and neck pillows too 🤌🏻🤌🏻

It’s average sized store in here . They have very cute items like soft toys 🧸, stationery, crockery , handbags , cosmetics and many more . I bought cute registers .

The staffs are friendly and nice but to be fair the product are less better compared to the past old ones back in 2019, I was looking for a Cap 🧢and the cashier couldn’t find the right barcode. It’s ok will look forward to better Miniso like before…

They used to have a very wide range before. The store isn't as good as it used to be but still it's good quality and economic products. Nice staff

I love this place coz they have really cute stuffs and things are darn cheap. I really enjoyed there collab with cartoon collections but there's nothing like that here in India,I guess it's different in different countries. .

Whenever I visit an ambience mall, I was never satisfied without buying something from this store I always bought things from here, but last Thursday I visited here and the cashier Lady Was so rude and so unprofessional. I feel so bad and sad😔. Now I don't feel like buying things from here anymore.

I have bought couple of things from this store, like I took mickey figurine and toothbrush set this time. If I find this store I never pass by without visiting it. I am using wallet from past 2 years bought from this store, and everyone asks me from where did I get it.

They have really good stuff. They have pillows, soft toys, slippers, flip flops, face masks, bags, bottles, perfumes, makeup, hair brush, face scrubber, scented candles, travel friendly empty bottles, ear phones, makeup brushes, door mat, ladies purse, etc. The colour combination is really good. The staff is really good.

Located in ambiance mall. Loved this shop. You will find many cute items here in affordable prices. The perfumes(99-300 rs) , cute pouches(100-400rs), hair drying cap(200rs), head bands, soft toys everything is awesome. The colors are so soothing as they are mostly in pastel shades. You will also get good face masks (60-100rs each) , cotton pads for makeup removal (140pcs for 1500 rs), scented candles and room freshners, face razors, mugs etc.

The girl wearing red t-shirt with glasses, near counter was so rude ,the way she replied was very terrific ,so arrogant. Guess she was so busy being a salesgirl that she sold her etiquettes too .

Thugs are employed as the attendants in this store. Horrible. Someone should look into it and correct their behaviour.

So I purchase some products of mini so on airport and all product price is almost under 2000 and when I calculate all my product miniso took 400 extra from my account and they don’t even gave bill of all those items, I thought miniso is a good brand but no . Big thumbs down!
