DO NOT GET CHEATED LIKE I DID!!! Today I went to the Pusa road branch of Geetanjali and ended up get duped of my money despite being an old member of Geetanjali. I was charged 9000/- for a 4000/- rupees service. I had gone there to get global hair color done, please note my hair length is little over shoulders. As soon as I entered, I asked the lady at the reception for the catalogue which she handed me over and I saw the price for it and the catalogue said 4000/-. So i went ahead with the color. When I got done with my service and proceeded to make a payment they told me I have to pay 9000 which is shocking. I asked the lady that the catalogue says 4000 so she conveniently tells me that the process has changed and it is an old catalogue. On top of that, it reminded me that it is my mistake that I did not confirm that the catalogue is old. You see what is wrong here? You are in a way cheating a customer into taking a service by showing a low price and once the service is done ask them to pay a much higher amount and point out that it's the customers fault that they didn't check if the catalogue is old. If the catalogue had old prices why did she not tell me upfront that this is an old catalogue or why even give it to customers in the first place. This is a clear case of duping a customer, especially an old customer who has been going there for years. I have had similar situations in the past also where there is discrepancy in their prices and they just change prices as per their convenience or how they feel fit. But today in particular, this experience has left a really bad impression on me and after years of being a Geetanjali customer. I am never going back there, and even I would advise you not to go there or be careful of how they charge you. Really an unpleasant experience!!! Be careful.

Got my hair cut by Abdul - i was nervous because i hadn’t been to this salon before but he did a great job. Layers in the haircut were very well blended, fantastic blowdry and overall a great experience. i’ll definitely be returning whenever im in delhi

Had a wonderful experience today at Geetanjali Salon Pusa Road Karol Bagh. Beautician Shruti and Hair stylist Abdul were very professional, excellent at their respective jobs. They had a very sound knowledge, gave perfect advice and did a wonderful job on my skin and hairs. Love the service ❤️

Ravi is a very good hair stylist. I got fusio Dose done from him and the results turned out to be amazing. Also, the front desk people are so so cooperative and sweet. Shout out to each and everyone o them :) cheers

Its a thug!! Geetanjali hair salon karolbagh My keratin doesn’t even last for 15 days They have used this defabulous product and its a complete waste of time and money. Please don’t go here at all. I am also experiencing hair fall after the treatment.

Visited this place for hair cut and waxing Service was done by very great professional Meena served me for Waxing and threading she was very quick and her work was very professional Deepak did my hair cut and provided the hair cut I asked for. Salon services are little pricy considering brand is not that big but staff and services and very good.

My sister and I had an overall great experience at the Pusa Road branch. Excellent service by Abdul and Imran. They understood our requirements and delivered accordingly. I got hair botox, global and highlights and my sister got highlights and also plans to go for a hair spa. Abdul and Imran were extremely patient and courteous! I would definitely recommend this salon.

I have been to many Geetanjali saloons & never got disappointed…but the Pusa Road Geetanjali saloon is highly disappointing. Pathetic service & staff is never interested in doing their work job properly including the bill counter staff. The word for them is “kaamchor” bloody losers , wasted my money.

The staff was extremely courteous and made me feel really comfortable, especially the manager of this particular branch, Miss Radhika and the hair colour artist, Mr. Imran.
