The
great
kabab
factory
at
Radisson
blu
is
hosting
a
food
fest
from
10th
to
19th
Feb.
I
went
there
yesterday
with
my
dad
and
had
an
amazing
experience.
The
meal
started
with
a
welcome
drink
called
Rooh
Sabza
followed
by
authentic
and
delicious
kebabs
like
galouti
kabab,
falaknuma
chooza,
kakori
kabab,
anarkali
sarson
mahi
tikka,
hyderabadi
jhinga
and
awadhi
reshmi
murg
tikka.
All
of
these
were
mouthwatering
and
amazing
at
taste.
For
main
course,
we
had
Nizami
murg
korma
with
khameeri
roti,
their
speciality.
It
was
very
flavourful
and
the
gravy
for
the
chicken
was
perfectly
spiced.
We
ended
our
meal
with
shahi
gajar
ka
halwa,
badam
ka
sheera
and
tilla
kulfi.
All
of
the
desserts
tasted
royal,
living
up
to
the
theme
of
the
fest.
The
staff
was
very
kind
and
Chef
Khem
had
amazing
experience
which
showcased
in
the
taste
of
the
dishes.
Special
mention
to
Kanik,
who
made
sure
our
experience
was
flawless.
They
also
have
live
Ghazals
during
dinner
hours.
Itβs
truly
a
magnificent
experience
and
I
definitely
recommend
it.
