Very nice academy....must join every female who want to be fit....this is a best place for fitness...you can do aerobics, Cardio,Yoga,Zumba, meditation and dance also ....the trainer Govind sir is very nice person ..he always motivate if we feel low and if we can't do anything... He is very polite and great trainer ...the environment is very positive and energetic ..

I hv been going thr for last three months n I m consistently losing weight n inches. It has good space, well interior n a great fitness trainer Mr. Govind. He motivates as well as guides on kind of diet we should take to lose weight. I m happy that he puts his 100% to make us do all the exercises. He gives complete package of different kind of exercises like cardio, zumba, functional, aerobics n yoga. All in one at the lowest price around. Very beneficial academy for fitness as you get personal assistance and you will be motivated by the trainer if you feel low or thing that you can't do it and there is no time limit like other fitness academy or gym. There are different types of workout so that you don't feel bored doing one thing again nd again you will learn dance too by getting fit as there is one day for dance also.
