Please avoid this property at all costs... After reading all postivie reviews, I booked this property 4 months in advance. Just 1 week prior to my arrival, they took another booking and asked me to claim refund. DO NOT RELY ON THIS PROPERTY..

Absolutely disappointed. There were kind of smallmaggots in the cupboard. The owner talks in aa very disinterested way, as if i’m doing a a favour to her. So terribly disappointed, you pay 2. 5k 3k for a night and yet end up in such places. I’m so terribly wary of these flat converted homes stay now

Property Rangoon by Grehstay doesnt match the pictures listed. Pathetic is the word 1. Construction was going on - no privacy 2. Place was dirty and unhygienic- caretaker just broomed the bedroom when we reached there. 3. Basic amenities missing 4. Refrigerator was dirty seems not cleaned since yrs 5. Commode flap was broken 6. Kitchen Sink was blocked 7. Main entrance window didnt had curtains overall fraud. Dont go for this even if price is alluring Moreover when complaint was given to owner he said take your money back cant do anything

Ac was leaking in hallway and also in bathroom. Entire bathroom was flooded with ac water. Bedsheets and blankets was filled with dust . No powerpoint for laptops etc near the study table. Key chain has sharp edges and i got hurt by it. No hanging clips for clothes in bathroom , not even one.

We have been allotted other room which was not that good. The bathroom was not clean neither were the utensils. Also the starting 30 mins was intolerable totally as we have to adjust with no electricity

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Tanmay is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he know about the area. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay!! Mr. Tanmay is extremely polite and professional and so is his team. The rooms are well maintained and your privacy is respected . Overall its a 10/10.

The room was pretty to look at but it was extremely unclean and unhygienic. Be it chairs, beds, bedsheets. Everything looked dirty. In the pictures it looked beautiful it was beautiful but when you stay you realise, Water coming out from fridge, flush not working properly, shower not working properly. Utensils not there in cabinet. I think if you work on your cleanliness it will be better for your customers. Also, only one lift was working. You need to wait for 10-15 mins for the lift. I honestly wouldn’t want to stay here again.

This place was a joke and the owner (Jatin) is one of the strangest hosts in the world. Let me explain why- 1. The place is a small room on a terrace which has a dark and shady entrance. The room has two flimsy doors both exiting into the terrace, making privacy an issue. 2. The place is a mess. Dirty, messy, no proper toiletries, one dirty towel and a dirty rag as a hand towel (no exaggeration). 3. The kitchen is ill equipped and dusty. Not even clean enough to make tea. 4. The caretaker asked me for a tip when he met me in the morning during checkout, he provided no assistance and the place was a mess so I refused politely and went about my day. 5. I left a courteous review on airbnb and wrote a private note to Jatin so that he could improve on things but he ended up lying about how we messed up the property and left vomit on the floor! A complete lie. When confronted, he blocked me lol. Guy AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THIS WAS AN UNNECESSARY AND BITTER EXPERIENCE.
