1) one star is for exceptional time given to customer. 2) I spent 13k on highlights+spa. The result was very poor since my expectation after showing videos for what I want was too high. I would still be happy if it would have resulted in different color rather than what is discussed. I am unhappy with sector 78 on hair color just because inspite of spending 9k+ the color was not seen. When customers show you some videos/photos please be frank and inform it couldn't be done instead of charging so much and giving no results. 3) I infact damaged my brand new jeans since the color spilled on it which only faded slightly with wash but the huge stain still remains. I was shown the board at the counter by the lady that customers are responsible for their belongings. So my experience with sector 78 is complete waste of money on coloring wherein color is not seen at all. Plus my new jeans turned into trash.The colored pic is within 48hrs of service

Great experience with olaplex. However there is very less seating space for people in the waiting area, and the stools are uncomfortable as well. Visit 2: got hair colored by Shazad sir, great experience. Perfect styling!

They do not know how to do even a basic hair cut and face framing. The cut is choppy and not symmetrical. Please do not visit this branch for a hair cut. The employees are very inexperienced. The blow dry was also very shabby as they were only trying to finish the job without asking the client if it looks okay. The hair ended up being frizzy and unmanageable after the so called blow dry. They make you wait for more than an hour and a half even after taking an appointment and then just try to finish the work. If you can’t accommodate clients, please let them know.

Very unsatisfied with the haircut done today at the studio..I had certain requirements for my cut which they promised that we gave trained staff for the same which was not true at all..the whole staff was struggling with my requirements..even the normal hair cut done by there one of the staff was not at all as per my requirement..so please be sure before you otp for this studio..not recommended at all..
