A decent restaurant with tasty food !

This is a great place to hangout, all COVID protocol followed, clean and nice ambience. Food is tasy and there are sweets too. Everything's great. Food delivery at home is available, you can find them on Swiggy and Zomato and other such apps.Trust them for great food👍👍.

Good place to have vegetarian food and chats. Food served are fresh and tasty. Not suitable for very large gatherings but suited for small groups.

Extremely poor quality of food, this is not a chain of anupam sweets restaurant just a dubious restaurant operating with the same name to confuse people into ordering from them was so much disappointed the food that left my meal midway and would never ever want to order from them again the pizza looked absolutely stale with the poorest quality of cheese on eating

After lockdown this was my first place to visit. Decor was good. We had singapuri noodles, papdi chaat, chinese platter. All were good. Best was their noodles.Papdi chat was too yummy. Chinese platter consists of fried rice, chaap, gobhi manchurian, veg manchrian gravy, salad. All were too good. Hygienic and all had taken proper safety measures. . Nice ambience Food quality is super Awesome All food items are under budget Anytime snack also available You can simply walk in there to munch anything you want to! You should try there Dosa both masala and butter dosa's are yummy , Veg Thali which we had is ok ok in taste , i don't recommend it and Raj kachori is also not good the chana's in it is not Bowled properly , i have also highlight this issue in owner's mind while paying bill..Staff is good & behaves very politely.

Not worth it. I purchased a box of sweets for the occasion of Diwali and guess what i found a bug in the sweet. When i went to the store the owner denied that the box is not from his shop, but after he realised his mistake and didn’t even care to apologise to his customers, simply gave us the money back. Sometimes it’s not always about money sometimes it’s about respect.

We purchased Amritsari Pindi Chana from Anupam Restaurant and cafe it was very spicy, we explicitly mentioned to not make the dish chilli even then it was very spicy , The taste was also not good it seems to be stale. The Restaurant must take care of the quality with the brand name they are carrying.

Its a very clean nice restaurant. In this area (sector 28-29-30-31) there arent many cafes and restaurants like sector 16-17. So, this one is good option. There is a selfie area near the handwash which is very instagram-y The staff is very good. They give the vibe that they are happy to help you. The owner is a nice person too( I went 1-3 days before independence day, he gave me 'Azadi ka amrit mahotsav coin'on my request. ) They have a lot of packed snack option and the sweets are great. They dont have the paneer tikki burger like the Sector 31 but everything else was good Accessibility : The store is on the first floor, there are no lift or wheelchair or platforms

Taste and Service is awesome Staff is very polite and professional.

We have tried dosa, coffee, tea, lachcha parantha, thali and some sweets and we love all. Restaurant is well managed and staff is so courteous, well mannered and always ready to serve. I liked the ambience and always try to go their if I am in Faridabad.

South Indian food was not delicious, snacks was good , staff behavior was good , hygienic , follow all the covid protocols

Good food with moderate rates. The services are ok. It has gymnasium on the upper floor so occasionally you may hear banging of weights. It's a family restaurant that is worth visiting.

Ordered mithai worth approx 2k ; delivered items were not worth even rs 20. Extremely stale, tasteless & inedible sweets. It was obvious they had been lying on shelf for at least past several weeks. I had been a loyal customer for several years, but I had recently started feeling their quality has been deteriorating. But this experience is the final nail in the coffin. Am never ordering from them again. They need to fire their halwais. Unless the stakeholders do not value their brand, they need to get rid of their staff asap. Seems staff is intentionally delivering rotten food to make sure the shop loses loyal customers; there can be no other reasonable excuse to deliver something so inedible. DEFINITELY NEVER ORDERING AGAIN WITH THEM. MITHAI DELIVERED BY THEM IS NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, UNLESS YOU WANT YO END UP UN HOSPITAL ICU FOR SEVERE FOOD POISONING.

Ambience is good, only issue is the sounds you hear from the above floor since it is a gym. Food and service is very good

Very good food, little congested place , parking also an issue, bathroom need to be cleaned all time, service excellent, economic cost wise, worth visiting, we may order online as well, payment on line... good place to eat .

Not good in terms of quality and taste especially as per the cost but waiter service decent. Even 3 of my family members faced stomach ache and upset just after had dinner there. Very disappointed

Great place to dine in with your family. Polite staff, tasty food, good atmosphere. Easy to reach location. Plenty of parking space available. Their rabri samosa dish is a must try.

I liked the food in Anupam , its very famous place in sec28 in Faridabad however from last few visit i found cockroaches in the tables which i want to bring this to the owner. They need to provide 100% hygiene , neat & clean table to the customer since they are maintaining there food at good taste.

Very bad customer service experience...requested to make little change in thali before ordering, even I was ready to pay extra but they were so rigid with the breads they provide in thali..just wanted bit change in the bread. They made me unhappy before the meal..

it would have been better if they could provide dishes without Garlic on demand. Their denail means they provide pre cooked food and not ready to cook fresh.

Food and ambience is good but the Gym above it is very noisy. It irretates and families feel uncomfortable. The Owner of Anupam must take this feedback seriously, it's degrading the overall experience of Anupam as it's family restaurant but such gym noise completely destroying the overall experience. Hope you guyz deal with it. Good Luck...

The outlet is totally fine, just deduct two shares due to the parking issue. It's very dangerous to park the car on the opposite road and cross the same with kids or family to check the outlet. So the owner must focus on the same and provide the basic utilities to customers.
