Very expensive Chai. Not worth it... We had a better and amazing quality Chai in 20rs. from Chai Ram which is just near to Chai point. Even their Banana cake was not fresh and yummy

Just visit this place water dripping from the ceiling order Poha and they already have readymade Poha just put it into oven and Your 200 rs Poha is ready and quantity is only 90g

Chai point serving tea in dirty chai cups. Even when complained about it. Server just ignore us and did nothing. Really disappointed.

Food quality along with the tea is good. Sitting area is for 20-30 people max .

great tea or good tea, visit this place and you'll know the difference. I never liked tea from CHAI POINT but happy that this place is an exception. Tea taste amazing, but side dishes are equally delicious. The staff is amazingly great, polite, friendly...also loved the wooden benches around.

We just had the urge to have tea at around 9.30 pm after lunch and as per my knowledge all the tea outlets would have closed by this time. I know a near one but we were bored of that as we had this taste quite a times and we needed a change, so my friend suggested for this Chai point outlet. Though it's a bit far from DLF phase 2 but everything looks closer if you have a bike. So we just hopped on and reached the outlet at around 9.45 pm as we checked the closing time which was 10 pm. We ordered 2 regular jaggery tea wit 1 open pizza puff. It took around 5 mins to get served. Ambience is quite decent but again there were insects which was quite disturbing. Though they have installed the insects repellant and killer but that was hardly working. Talking about tea , it had the perfect combination of all the ingredients put in the right amount to give you a refreshing experience. But the open puff pizza was horrible as the base on which it was made was having a very stale taste . I can easily compare as I usually have normal puff at my office canteen and I know the taste. Tea experience was amazing but puff pizza made it horrible.

The food was good and was a cute small cozy place for snacks.

Superb place. Best place for short meetings or get together with friends. Now they have added more items in the menu and enjoy music too!

Very cooperative staff, Harshita has been very good at customer delight.
