I would Rate 5 star for the Infrastructure, but rate 0 for the administration. Time mentioned is 9am to 5.30 pm, but its rare to find staff at 9.30 am also. This infrastructure is a sham,more of a waste of tax payers money, when its hard to find souls on their seats in working hours. I think only person on duty here are security guards. Pity on good governance.
