Hi All.. this is our 2nd post for Dr Kopal. We have been visiting her for almost 2.5 years now with our labrador for continued monitoring of his Hip Displacia and yearly vaccinations.. In the interim he was attacked by fleas and ticks leading to severe skin allergies. Again doctor gave her best and with the combination treatment of allopathic, Ayurveda and homeopathy Bruce is not only out of danger(luckily we were able to avoid tick fever which is deadly for dogs), but completely cured in 2 months. 1st review: We have been visiting petstreet now for almost 9.5 months with our 11 month labrador for two reasons - 1. Quality products at affordable prices and 2. For Dr. Kopal's visits. There are quite a few reviews on the products. So hence I am not touching on them. My main reason to write the review is to highlight Dr Kopals efforts to bring a second life back for our pup. Bruce as his name is.. was diagnosed with initial Parvo disease symptoms. If it was not for Dr Kopal and her advices and recipes for providing him home cooked meals.. this disease could have aggravated. Once this was sorted at an age of 3 months Bruce had Hip displacia. She was out of town, but constantly in touch with us to provide the best possible solutions so that out pup doesn't have go through the trauma of a surgery(which another doctor suggested). With her medication of the combination Allopathic, Ayurveda and Homeapathy.. Bruce recovered very well and still continues to pay her visits for monitoring his health. Her compassion, empathy and the patience to listen to understand pet parents is commendable . Bruce loves u a lot Dr Kopal.. 😀

I went to Pet Street as our stray dog was not well. Dr. Punit Gupta was very patient as it was her first time visiting a vet. He didn’t take his consultation fees and even gave us a discount on the blood test. Our dog is recovering now. She is more energetic and healthier, thanks to Dr. Punit.

My experience has been very good with Petstreet -pet store and Dr Kopal. I visited the dr with our 3 months old puppy Bosco the very next after we brought him home. He was suffering from parvo and was very miserable. Dr Kopal treated him to her best. I am very thankful to her for saving our baby bosco. After that as well, I have visited her multiple times whenever Bosco is unwell. From my experience with her I can say She is the best vet, very knowledgeable and try to treat the pups with minimal medication preferably homeopathic. I will absolutely recommend her. What a fantastic Doctor - this vet knows in and about pets . My little beagle who had a very bad skin infection was cured by Dr. Kopal . We really appreciate the time , efforts and her quick response whenever we panic - has helped us in many ways . Apart from that the clinic is well equipped and has lot of varieties for pet food .
