Don’t ever book with this company. Basically all of the photos shown for the flat are super old and/or photoshopped to look good. The actual flats are pretty worn down. The first flat we looked at had clear signs of previous burglary attempts at the door, the owner told us that those where from them by „accidentally damaging the door while changing the lock“. The second apartment was very dirty, including hair on the sheets and stains on the blanket. We asked for our money back, but they said that this will not be possible. We left anyways because we really did not feel safe at this property.

we stayed in room number 3007 on 30th floor, No hot water, bed & blankets were too dirty, poorly maintained, No one is there to listen problems once they receive money, very bad service. Location is good, but tons and tons of mosquitoes are there to welcome in the entrance, difficult to tolerate drainage smell. Extremely disappointed.

Perfect stay, most importantly extremely safe and hygienic with all amenities. Hosts are super hospitable. Enjoy mesmerizing views of Noida Expressway from 30th or 31st floor. Highly Recommended. Pics posted below are from february 2021

Don't ever book any property ever in Noida which is managed on any platform by Richa I made a very small human mistake of date and immediately called but they were ready to cancel with 0 and did not make even a slight reschedule I had asked for half money too but the whole booking amount was deducted I had also said I will pay extra if he allocate me for the wrong dates I choosed You can imagine how greedy he is

Great stay. Extremely safe and hygienic. Hospitality by staff was up to the mark. Its a private Home stay so you will get a personal room with Kitchen and all amenities. Washroom were cleaned. All basic use items for cooking are also provided in the Kitchen. A small Super market, Restaurants also available in the boundaries of the society. All was great but I am giving only 3 STARS because they charge Rs 599 over and above then what you pay on online booking platforms as cleaning charges. I booked hotel in hurry with complete online payment but when I reached at hotel they asked me for extra 599 rs for cleaning my room. Please check all the hidden details before booking this hotel online.

Super comfortable stay & very peaceful. I've stayed at this place twice & never faced any issue. The view at night will be mesmerizing. Definitely can choose to stay with family & friends. All necessary items available just within the society. The hosts are amazing specially Hitesh. Cheers ☺️

AMAZING STAY. It was super comfortable and cozy. Everything was sanitised before hand. The place was very clean and hygienic, all the basic things were provided. All popular fast- food chains are close by. Plus the view is lit. What else do you need?

I have stayed here more than 5 times. It's a really beautiful and well-managed homestay. Richa's Home has wonderful 1-BHK apartment sets that are complete with everything you can ask for to have a perfect stay. The apartment complex is secure. The self check in and check out is very convenient and quick. The management team is always available on call or Whatsapp and they provide the details of all shops, restaurants, saloons, etc. for the guests. It is a friendly team with quick responses. Other features: 1. Modular Kitchen with all amenities 2. Comfortable beddings, clean washroom 3. Balcony with privacy and good view of the highway 4. Pleasing and functional interiors 5. Beddings, tissues, towels You will definitely enjoy your stay and find Richa's Home value for money. Enjoy !

The host is very communicative and well organized.-- You will be put in a watsapp group so whenever there is a problem or you need something they will help imidiently. The room is good equiped. Everything allright.

One of the worst experience faced while dealing with the owners of this brand. I had to cancel the booking due to a medical emergency with a child and the owner says you should’ve thought before making a non refundable booking. No humanity but only greed for money. He said he cant cancel as he will lose 2000. I suggest do not stay and find other places as there are many options in the same vicinity and I am sure you will find more humble and owner who can understand your concern if any. I would have rated this zero star but unfortunately thats not an option. In one word, HORRIBLE.

This is one of the best homestay in noida so far. You can enjoy the beautiful view from balcony while working. Rooms are clean and has good vibe. Will love to visit again.

it was a pleasant stay . Was very happy with the quick service way before checking in. The staff was cordial and very caring . Helped my to reach the venue and the check in was very quick . Every thing was readily available. Thank you for all hospitality. I recommend this to everyone.

Worst experience.. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Not even basic services are provided. What's shown in pics is completely a fraud.
