Best gym for martial arts training I've experienced in Delhi! The coaches challenge you and really focus on technique and fitness, while also accomodating different levels in the classes. It’s a great gym to get fit, learn new skills and train with a lovely bunch of people! Do yourself a favour and try it out!

I am a complete fan of this place. My son loves it here. Teachers are extremely sensitive to the capabilities of every child, and hence the sessions feel safe and enjoyable, both for kids and parents. There is a good mix of group play and individualized attention. There is a lot of learning through play, and concepts such as team building, leadership are taught in innovative ways. Kudos to Binish, Karneet, Aksa, Prabhjot, Sarthak and the teachers for their efforts.

This is the best place to start your Martial Arts or Fitness journey. The place is so good and aesthetically pleasing. Fully air conditioned. The gym is very clean and hygienic. Mats are cleaned everyday. Both coaches Binish Sir and Prabhjot Sir are very nice and welcoming. They have a very strong background in both Martial Arts as well as Fitness. You would never feel left out or unattended anytime. They are always there for you. You'd be treated like a family member there. If you want your kids or any family member to learn Martial Arts, this is the best place.

The first thing that strikes you visually is the pristine white of a spacious, beautifully done studio. Started my fitness journey after a long gap of 2 years and what a journey it has been. One can mix classes according to their taste and i discovered kickboxing!!! I have personally seen very quick results with my body. Trainers are super chill to hang out with after the class and discuss various aspects of health and fitness. Most importantly, they acknowledge and respect my dance training, unlike other chains like Anytime Fitness where the trainers outright rejected and even made fun of my techniques! Over all a worthy investment! ☺️

The perfect place to start your martial arts/fitness journey in a safe, fun way. The pristine aesthetic of the studio only adds to your enjoyment of the work you put in. Binish sir and everyone involved take the time and effort to personally guide you through your journey, taking a key focus on your fundamentals and helping you understand the ins and out of the sport. Genuinely my favourite place in Delhi, would recommend to anyone interested in fitness or martial arts.

My wife and I dropped in while visiting Delhi. The class was great. Binish is a great instructor and explains the techniques very well. The school has a great welcoming atmosphere. If you do BJJ Knots and Collar is a great place to train.

Whenever I travel to Delhi, I seek out Binish and his incredible academy to train at for jiujitsu and general fitness. Wonderful, experienced and friendly instructors, a beautiful academy that is world class, clean and well maintained and a such a positive, friendly vibe. Highly recommended.

The kids classes at Knots & Collar is by far the best in Delhi. The trainers here seem to know exactly how to engage with the kids so that they enjoy every session and learn the art of authentic jiu-jitsu. My 9 year old son have been training here from past two months and would never want to miss a session. Training at Knots & Collar helps him build focus and concentration along with physical strength and endurance. I’m so happy to have found Knots & Collar for my son. Would highly recommend it to all the parents to get their kids enrolled with Knots & Collar.

This is such a warm and welcoming dojo. I stopped by for a class as I was in Delhi and had a great experience. The instructor is extremely nice, has a great rapport with his students and also happens to be deadly with his technique! Highly recommend it if you are considering jiujitsu.
