I have had three trips now with Jaipal from Cha-India tours and thoroughly recommend him and this company. He is very reliable, knowledgeable, a good driver and understanding. Having a driver allows autonomy and having Jaipal stops me worrying or having to think as I am so confidet with him.

Just came back from a 10 day trip with Jaypal from Cha India Tours that I highly recommend. Customized our trip with a detailed plan, taking all of our needs in consideration and went above and beyond to help us out when we had a small incident at the beginning of our trip. I booked a 4 day trip in the Golden Triangle (New Delhi to Agra to Jaipur and back to New Delhi.) Every aspect of the trip was top-notch, from airport pickup, flexibility and suggestions. I was given latitude to amend the itinerary as I wished, although all of Jaipal’s itinerary stops were what I had on my list. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!!

We are back from a fantastic 15-day trip to northern India in Rajasthan at the end of February 2023. We booked with Cha India tour, a small independent company managed by Jaypal Singh located in New Delhi. What a good decision! Jaypal and his team can take care of everything (driving us , establish an itinerary, hotel reservations, etc.) at excellent rates! Prices vary according to the distances traveled and the quality of the hotels... Pappu was our driver: super friendly, careful, and good advice! Never could we have seen so many wonders without his presence! I strongly recommend it to you, you will not be disappointed!

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Jaypal and he contributed tremendously to the fond memories we will keep of our Golden Triangle trip (Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Delhi). Jaypal is a knowledgeable driver with very good command of English which makes it a joy to discuss all kinds of topics with him. He offers great service (e.g. fresh water bottles every morning, or wifi internet in the car), tries to make the utmost possible for his guests and keeps his car (Mahindra 6-seater) in great shape. And most importantly, he is a careful driver and we always felt safe in his company. In short, absolutely terrific value for money. Looking forward to our next India trip with him.
