I was on Kerala tour through Basera holidays from 27-12-2022 to 04-01-2023. It was great experience. Hotels and resorts were exceptional, food was pretty good. Awesome arrangements. Great place to visit. Hotel was good. Good and tasty food. Amazing service provided. Alleppey house boat food was terrific.. Kind and humble people. Only one issue Alleppey houseboat washroom were not clean. To see complete Munnar, there are Jeep Safari available rs 4000. Worth it. I will always recommend Basera holidays for next trip.
