Everyone there is super nice and welcoming. I went there not knowing what to expect and feeling a little unsure of what I wanted done. My consult was very thorough and I got to ask all my questions and not feel rushed. I went back a week or so later to get my actual procedure but it was going to be with someone else instead of who my initial consult was with (I knew this when I booked, the day of the week just worked better for me). Makenzie was the one who actually ended up doing the work on me and since she hadn’t met me prior to that day, she wanted her own consult and to get to know me first. She is amazing! She really, really made me feel at ease and went over everything with me. She also steered me away from something I thought was wrong with my appearance, which made me feel like they aren’t just trying to oversell but really help you. She texted me later that day to follow up and even called me the next business day to check up on me. I am very happy with the work that was done and with the way I was treated.

Everyone at Radiant Divine Avon has been kind, informative, and personable. There is a comfortable and pressure free atmosphere that sets you at ease during consultations and treatments. Appointments have been easy to make and the text confirmations are helpful. Olivia has been absolutely incredible to work with. She is upbeat, knowledgeable, and has a professional yet friendly demeanor that immediately sets you at ease. She clearly cares about the comfort and safety of her clients and is easy to talk to. I would trust her with any questions or concerns. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her!

I highly recommend seeing Jen for a Diamond Glow Facial! She has a great personality, knows a ton about skincare and the products, is thorough and does a great job! I've had Diamond Glow Facials at other med spas in the area, but Jen is hands down the best!

Rachel wasn't available but Mckenzie did my lip injection. Real sweet, attentive and honored the injection special they had the prior month when the appointment was originally booked. Will definitely go back and see her. With regards to the spa, it was phenomenal, clean and welcoming.

My honest opinion is Demi is amazing. She is beyond knowledgeable. Any questions about anything Demi will know and answer and if she doesn’t she will make sure you leave with your questions are answered. Her services are thorough and I left feeling clean and better than ever. Her facial massages are beyond relaxing and she is a great conversationalist. I had never had a skin care routine EVER!! And after visiting and learning from her I don’t think I could go a day without it. The difference she makes is astounding and I’ve never met another like her. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was very reluctant to start a new treatment for hyperpigmentation, having experienced a not so pleasant experience somewhere else. However, Rada, in particular, was very patient and understanding with me. She gave me a clear explanation of what to expect with the treatment and how to get the most of it. It’s been a year already and I am super happy with her and everyone else over there! Highly recommend this place. Rada is not only knowledgeable and professional but also caring and thoughtful!

I recently had an appointment with Jen F. at Radiant Divine in Brecksville. Her outgoing personality made for a great experience. Listening and seeing her do her thing you know she loves what she does and helping people reach their skin goals. I can’t wait to see her again. Rachel and the staff are always professional. Yet it’s an upbeat environment. Rachel always takes the time to really listen to find out what you want to accomplish. An art that even the best medical professionals and Doctors DO NOT PRACTICE ANYMORE. REFRESHING! She also answers any and all questions regarding different treatments. There are so many available and let’s be honest… we’ve googled them all! She will not only tell you what’s right for your skin type but what can be wrong, what to expect now, immediately after, after care, and shares personal experiences to give you the most information so that you can make an educated decision. Never pushy. Like some other places where they will sell you on everything. Whether you need it or not. You will not be overdone. ( of course if you really want to push it she will listen and find the best regimen). I also have to say appointments have always been on time. Most importantly I’ve had extremely bad results / experiences with Plastic surgeons and Doctors who do injections of filler and Botox. Not only did she fix the problem, explained why it was wrong. This is what she does ( and the staff) all day every day. She continues to read anatomy books, goes to conferences and meetings to learn about techniques, products, and new equipment. Radiant Devine always has the latest equipment, injectables, etc…up to date information, and skills to back it up. I’ve had the privilege of having to meet and utilize some of her trainees also. Like a surgical ICU nurse that now works for Radiant Devine. Obviously, she hires the best people and trains them personally . You won’t be disappointed. You’ll leave feeling like she’s your best friend! At ANY age. Also a huge shout out to Emily at Radiant Devine at the Medina location. She’s an esthetician. In my experience The best!!! I’ve been there 4 times. For laser treatments, trt hormone replacement and hair restoration. Front office welcomed me kindly every time. Kyla was great at performing the hair and Trt treatments. Explained everything well when I had questions. Rachel did an amazing job on my face. The laser resurfaced my skin and got rid of old acne scars. My hormones are in optimum range now. I’ve lost 10bs and dropped 8% body fat. Will be returning for future treatments and recommend this medical spa.
