I went to Dr.Goldman for several years for dysport. I am a physician myself and had previously also wrote a review for him. Over all I found him to not have the best bed side manner (he came across as always wanting to upsell more treatments and things. I also found him to not be very cautious on education about cosmetic procedures). However I continued to see him for a good 3 to 4 years bc I thought he gave me good results with my dysport. I also only did 1-2 times a year and didn’t get anything else from him or the clinic. This last time I got my dysport earlier than normal and I specially asked him if it would be okay or whether I should reduce the dose or skip it. He told me it would be fine. It wasn’t! I had a horrible reaction and ended up w ptosis. That can happen to any injector right ? Okay I wasn’t super angry about that bc it can happen to anyone. What really upset me was the after. I reached out his office and his front desk was great. They scheduled me for a virtual visit w him. Well his nurse Jody called me instead. She was rude and dismissive. Told me oh it’s a mild ptosis and it’ll get better on its own. Okay that maybe true but huge difference in somehting getting better ina few days and a few months. This took almost 4 months to heal fyi. I was flabbergasted as a physician myself by Jody’s response and requested to keep my apt with Dr Goldman. Jody was incredibly rude and told me “there’s no need. He’s going to say the same thing”. I told her I did not care and bc he was my injector I will keep my apt with him to discuss my concerns w him. A few minutes after this phone call jodi called me back to see they would sent in eye drops for me (never mentioned this before during the first call). As a physician myself with many dermatologists as friends I already knew there were options for eye drops to help while it resolves. Jody didn’t think it was necessary to give that as option during the first phone visit for whatever reason even though my ptosis was apparent and bothersome to me. The next day o had my visit with Dr Goldman. He was polite but never really apologetic for the issue he caused. After that apt NO ONE from that clinic followed up with me. It’s almost 6 months later and I have still not heard even “how did everything work out” from them. That tells me and hopefully you all you need to know about him and his practice. If things go okay you are lucky. But if they go bad you are on your own and this clinic will never care one bit. My best friend is a dermatology and was the one who give me free samples of upneeq for my ptosis that I used the last several months until my eye healed. She was flabbergasted about how poorly this was handled. She told me if this was her patient she would have paid for the upneeq eye drops herself, as well checked in and apologized. Every one o have spoken to agrees badly this was handled. I wouldn’t trust this practice w anything ever again from a simple injection to even a procedure. What happens if you have a complication? You are your own with this place ! If you look up the Botox face book group you will find several other women who have discussed their poor experience with Dr goldman as well. I wish I had read those reviews before ! He never once warned about potential issues w dysport or Botox. I would have saved myself a lot of hassle had I read the reviews on him in that group before hand. Hopefully this review will save you the hassle! My eye did recover mostly but it took almost 6 full Months. Even now it’s not 100% back to normal. Hopefully it will get better but I will never recommend coming to this clinic. I would never abandon a patient with a potential side effect or complication I caused !

This place is great. Got my first dermaplane facial with a collagen boosting mask and it was phenomenal! My esthetician Jacqueline was fabulous. She explained everything so well, and was able to answer any questions I had and recommended some products to me. I hope to be back again soon and I’ll definitely be asking for Jacqueline! Thank you again to the whole team, this place is such a wonderful find!

His entire staff in Beachwood and Crocker are also top notch. Brooke, the office manager at Crocker, is the absolute best, and I always feel I'm getting the best of care at both locations.

Was very informative and supportive of what I wanted from my procedure. Dr Goldman personally reached out after surgery to check on me. I have been seeing Dr. Goldman and his amazing staff for over three years and I will never go anywhere else. I have had the best results every time. I can not stress enough how wonderful the whole staff is. They are timely, efficient, kind and understanding.

After several consultations for a revision rhinoplasty I met with Dr. Goldman, and I finally feel confident and comfortable to proceed with surgery. I have endured several traumas and was losing hope that my nose could be fixed. He addressed my concerns and was the first surgeon to point out things that I was unaware of from the previous surgeons. He is so knowledgeable about rhinoplasty and I can’t wait to get my surgery and finally feel like myself again.

I had lymphatic massage therapy here. The therapist, Angel, was great. She politely waited for me and made me feel comfortable. She’s 5 star and I’ll be going back for regular massages. I put 3 stars because of two reasons. 1) Angel is only in Westlake 1 day a week. I’d really like to have access to her massage service in Crocker more often. It’d be helpful also to know her service exists there as I had no idea until the last minute that her service was available through the same office. There’s nothing on the website and when discussing with staff it seems like a secret. I don’t understand why. 2) The receptionist staff there is sub par. Not only could I hear their personal gossip but I had one of the ladies be a bit unprofessional with me while I was taking a separate call in the lobby. She asked who I was there for even though she could see and hear I was on a call. There were also 3 other receptionists that knew who I had an appointment for. Why did she have to interrupt my phone call rather than ask her team members? I was 1 of 2 customers in the lobby so it’s not like it was packed and again the staff had the time to gossip why not have the time to confirm my appoint with one another?
