Register is always down, can only do self check out with card. Has been this way for months! Extremely inconvenient and long wait times!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dollar general, and I've been to many. I came in with my 2 kids to pick up a bottle of contact solution, and my kids wanted a ring pop. I went to the checkout and waited for a good ten minutes watching 3 or 4 employees chat behind the counter. Finally I asked if there was someone who could ring me up and she said No, literally just said no. I said, "okay?" She said the only thing you can do is the self checkout but you can't use cash. I said it was all I had and she said "well I guess your out of luck". Wow just wow!

Smaller DG, very organized & clean. Great place to get deals using digital coupons! Love the Saturday $5/$25 & their epic 50% off clearance sales.

Nobody was disinfecting the shopping carts, some people had their masks below their mouths. Some isle were messy, items on the floor of barely on shelves. They didn't have what I needed and went in to buy. People didn't follow social distance not even the staff. I was glad to be out of there fast.

I frequent here because the prices are great and the staff, when checking out, are friendly. Being a DIY crafter, I can always find what I am looking for without having to go to an increase priced craft store. You can pretty much find anything you need at any Dollar General location. It is in a convenient location so it is often frequented by many. Anytime I go to this location there is a line for checkout. However, the cashiers are usually pretty quick.

Brand new store on Mentor ave. is really nice, clean, and well-organized. Perfect for a quick stop to pick up a few essentials and avoid the long lines at the supermarket. Good selection and name-brand items.

Guest in the store was upset about the lack of customer service because the person refused to scan stuff and do their job. Guest said they had just worked 18 hours and was upset about that fact and we overheard the cashier say boo hoo. That is so disrespectful and that lady needs to re-learn how to do her job.

It's 930pm and the door is locked you could see a register open and see the worker cleaning up like she was leaving. I go to these stores all the time. It was so inconvenient at the time so that the worker could be out early

Had a great experience the store manager found what I needed and even held it for me at the counter. I was appreciative of her excellent customer service! I believe her name was Corie. Thanks Corie for being a caring individual when there’s so many people out there who wouldn’t even take the time. It means a lot.
