Single Bed Queen 2nd floor You could push open the door from the outside unless you pulled the handle up just right when closing it. Front desk assured me it was just because of the weather after I reported it and they showed me how close it securely. They did offer to change my room. Room Amenities: Small fridge Microwav e Laminate wood flooring, very loud, very squeaky. I felt very bad for anyone staying below even when trying to walk quietly. Bed comforter was like a cloth shower curtain, not warm at all. TV had Netflix and a sleep timer No cups in the room No coffee maker in the room No ice machine that I found in the building Vending machines mostly empty Room cleanliness: Middle blanket and bed skirt had some stains Some scuffs around the room Some dirty carpet by the nighstand Some hair in the shower

Nice big room with a super comfy bed. The lady running the front desk was awesome she went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Love that they have a program in place to help local homeless people. The hotel is located right next to a couple restaurants and a grocery/dollar tree store. Also there’s a small lake right behind the hotel that was beautiful covered in snow. Only complaint would be that there’s not really much room for parking especially since we were hauling a trailer. Overall great place to stay.

This hotel feels like home thanks to Sana who runs the place. She never fails to amaze me how she joyfully cares for each and every one of her guest. Always pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is clean ,well run and plentiful.

This place was extremely conveniently located for me. I plowed in at 4:00 am & had my key in less than 2 minutes. The room was great they have obviously recently remolded & it was super clean. She staff was clearly on point & I appreciated it !!

Everyone knows the Manager is an incredible woman. But what they forget to mention is the location is equally perfect. Full Grocery store, and many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. In a safe little downtown. If you go outback there is a gorgeous pond and a little fire ring . Honestly a traveling workers dream.

After booking a hotel room online at a Hampton Inn by Wyndham and showing up to be told that there are no rooms available even though we booked online and had confirmation email, we ended up here as they had one room left when no one else in a 10 minute radius had any rooms available. We arrived here shortly after 2AM, the exterior of this building was just depressing and than as soon as you enter the front doors it was musky and the carpets were filthy…there was not a welcoming vibe at all. So we get to our room and right away, our feet were sticking to the floor, they didn’t look clean at all as you could see dirt and spills all over, one out of the two queen beds had bedbugs behind the pillows, there was an active live bug with little black specs all around which were it’s feces, the “headboards” were so filthy it looked like they had never been cleaned. The second bed had dirty used looking sheets that were wrinkly like they had already been used and long strands of long hair all over the fitted sheet as if it was never changed? The mini fridge was disgusting inside and out, it’s not that hard to wipe things down why wasn’t this done? The floor board heaters had food, hair, sticky wet looking stuff all along the top which was very visible so I don’t understand how that was missed. After our findings we immediately checked out, told the lady there is bugs in the one bed and the other bed never had the sheets changed. She apologized saying that was the last room, she doesn’t have anything else. We wouldn’t have stayed there even if there was another room. We left and drove 1.5hours home and didn’t get home until 4AM at this point. What a nightmare. Also we were charged $165 for this room which was the same rate as the Hampton Inn by Wyndham which was a much nicer clean hotel. Just in shock how that could have been the same price!!!

The value at this hotel is honestly great. Staff is friendly and the general feel being here is very positive and chill. The TVs are exponentially better than most hotel tvs. The shower was spacious and had good pressure. For the price, this place is top teir. If your planing an inexpensive weekend, this place will be a good night's stay

I stayed one night at the Super 8 because I was attending a wedding at the Chaska Event Center, which was only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The gal that runs the hotel was very friendly at both check-in and check-out. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's not a new, fancy hotel - but if you are looking for a quiet place just to sleep, this Super 8 was a good value.

They’re making some improvements + resurfaced the parking lot today Nice view! Nice pond! Walking distance to the Chaska curling center or down town Chaska. One of the closest hotels to the Mn Renaissance Festival. The Mn Landscape Arboretum, Paisley Park, and more

5 stars for Sana, the friendliest most caring motel caretaker I have ever met. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice view of the pond and fountain if you get a rear facing room in warm weather. Perfect for extended stay!

I was put there as part of a homeless program for the first time it felt like home. Sauna is very sweet and accommodating.HOWEVER, I was asked to leave 5 days later cause I supposedly broke a rule I feel I was wrongfully asked to leave and as far as the homeless program it's a joke cause now I'm back out sleeping in the cold. I feel worse after they asked me to go. Thank u sauna for your hospitality and for trying to help me u have a big heart(much bigger than the people who run the homeless program

Horrible rooms outdated and stunk.. Manager tried to keep our deposit saying the bed was wet....He's rude and very unprofessional. Never would stay here again wouldn't even give a star if I had the option. Ick!!

Room services are awesome. Great place for a light traveler's overnight stays.
