They are just giving you poor service if you had booked from some online site as they have to pay commission to them they provide you dirty small room instead of good room and reception desk person is manners less they are doing hospitality business but don't have hospitality ethics they are just investigating twice please remove your mask what's your father name to you and your partner. Bro is it crime branch cell?? I had booked room for 1 day stay learn some ethics i was client from last 2-3 year i hope owner will consider this review as it will only affect to his property and revenue not to his 1-2 employees.

Good place, done go by online rates that you see on websites, as they dont elaccept that. Clean rooms and bathroom with good service and nearby metro connectivity.

The room was in a terrible condition, and the hotel refused to accept bookings from OYO due to pricing concerns. They ended up charging me a higher amount than what I was supposed to pay according to my booking.

Awful! Awful, awful experience. Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were the rudest, laughed at us when we went down to complain regarding no hot water and even questioned us back as to why we couldn’t just bathe in cold water. Sent us to another room for hot water, where one of their staff was taking a bath instead. They then had the audacity to question us and ask why we didn’t complain earlier and laughed again. The rooms were unclean, sheets were dirty, bathroom had dirt, there are no towels. Do NOT stay here at any cost! Given 1 star because there is no option to give zero.

Horrible place!!! Staff is very rude and don’t help you with anything. Room didn’t even have hot water in the cold weather of December. Dirty rooms. They don’t even provide the most basic amenities. The staff is most useless. When we told the staff that we are not happy with the service as there was no hot water, they just laughed and didn’t seem to care at all. The most horrible experience ever staying in this hotel.

I am from Jaipur and i visited delhi a while ago. the hotels at delhi are so expensive. The hotels in budget are extremely dirty. The one in which i stayed had cockroaches and the bedsheets were so filthy that i could barely get any sleep. Just putting an AC, TV and geyser doesn’t fulfil oyo’s duties. They should keep regular hygiene check atleast if they let hotels use their name.
