Great experience. I ordered the one-king-bed room. It's not very large but it's really clean, fully equipped and bright. I don't see any maintenance/dated issue, instead, the utility i was using are all like new and fully functional. The location is also great, real close to mall, restaurant, cafe, metro and some main attractions. All of these come with fair price. I will choose this hotel next time when I come to Shanghai.

Superb stay. Good staff at reception always ready to guide you through in English. Cozy rooms and situated conveniently on Nanjing Road in Shanghai. They offer variety for buffet breakfast wherein you can choose for some food which we Indians can eat. It was a wonderful stay for four days at this Hotel. Recommended.

Enjoyed my stay. The location is great, with lots of stuff nearby and easy access to the subway. Decor is a bit dated but still very nice and everything was clean. No electrical outlets near the bed so you have to charge your phone on the desk.

The club room is spacious and clean. It's large and well maintained. When I had an issue work the lighting, after calling service desk, the attendants were quick to attend and without question fixed the issue. The breakfast was nice and the waitress was quick to remember my preference after staying for a few nights.

Service staffs are all friendly and very helpful. Rooms are not modern but clean. Housekeeping staffs are very good and is prompt to your needs. Amenities in the room is good. Mineral water everyday. Iron n board , safe , toilet amenities all good n stocked. Beds are comfortable. No Airconditioning system though in April!! Request for an air cooler; first come first serve. If none available, open the windows at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great including the amazing buffet breakfast. A tad exy, but if you have the hot and cold then you get value. The bar downstairs seemed great for mixed drinks but not for wine drinkers. It had only one white 'house wine' which was really disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are big and clean. It is well decorated. They used high quality material. Staff is having poor English or any other foreign language. They have a lot of local food options for breakfast but very limited stuff for Westerns.

It a nice hotel in a good location for tourist only it is very dated. It use to be a Howard Johnson The room was really too small for three people . Although they charged for a third person . It would have been better if they had told us to get a larger room. The room temperature was difficult to control . We couldn’t get fresh air into the room. The pillow are not comfortable and really need to be replaced . They where just old.
