Rip-off. They couldnt make me a membership card for almost a month. I needed to ask a manager each time I came in. After I told them I dont want a year anymore they said non refundable despite the fact i was there 3 weeks. Stay away. Chinese way of making money especially when you cant speak the language well.

Several things to say about this place : - The gym is nice but really noisy. And if you are not paying for personal training, you won’t have access to all the rooms. - no place to stretch or do a plank or push ups properly. - The pool is ok but hard to swim in. - Lockers and rest room are not clean. - When you negotiate a good price (because it is really expensive regarding all the others great offers around) or a discount with free days, the manager accept without any problems. But when you ask for refunding... OMG... so complex... nobody speaks english and want to do any effort. - a classic gym with a lot of show of but not a good technical approach. To conclude, If you speak Chinese and you want to pay a lot of money for a small place, go ahead. Plenty of other gyms with same services and smaller prices.

the facilities are quite nice, but the price/quality ratio is off. They will tell you anything to sell a membership, but they will not follow through. No customer support in English, and very bad complaint handling by the management in the gym.

The worst staff, rip off, they refuse to switch on air conditioner because of shopping center rules. When I asked to give me my money back, they refused. Nothing helped, they just want to take your money no matter how satisfied you are.

All you can ask from a gym , and beyond., which located in Tesla motor cars building.. how symbolic
