I really liked this hotel and its proximity to a metro station. The room was adequate in size and really comfortable. Very clean. Great gym which I used a number of times. Staff were nice and some spoke some English at the desk. The price I paid was also good. It was less than most others in shanghai. My only real downside was the restaurant. It had a small menu with few options. I didn't return a second night because I didn't like anything on the menu. McDonald's right across the road so I shamefully went there a few times.

The hotel is very clean and modern, close to the airport. Comfortable rooms with good quality bed and mattress. The receptionists are very friendly, but their English level was very limited. However managed communication with translate app so there was no problem, it just took longer. Cool room service for small snacks - delivery by robot. Smart hotel system with some cool features, music and KTV, however all in Chinese only. The breakfast buffet is tasty but more choice would be better.

It was one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in. It made our stay very nice and comfortable during the CIIE. All the amenities were good and steady. Rooms were really great. And we enjoyed our buffet breakfast a lot. Songhong road metro station is just oposite of the hotel, Lawson, family mart is all within the walking distance. Overall, outstanding

I had to give 2 stars rating as I need to stay in the room with the smell of cigarette smoke for the whole week. Eventhough it is a non-smoking room, someone nearby smokes all the time. They don't offer to change the room. So very disappointed with the services of this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, super nice rooms / linens , great amenities and a great location. Great fitness club and super kind front desk stuff- offered a free tasty cappuccino in the morning! Thanks for a nice stay!
