Absolutely incredible experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering this as a hotel option. The hotel is fairly new to the amenities and rooms are incredible. The service level is absolutely top notch. We hosted some family members here and the overall comfort level was fantastic. As a tourist, this was a good location and the free shuttle bus is a real bonus as it takes you to most of the shopping malls and restaurants around the area. The free breakfast was lavish and had everything you can ask for. In room dining on the pricey side. Felt relaxed every time I walked out of this hotel.

The suite was large and clean (only the sofa had stains). The location is great. I like to turn off the lights at night and admire the Huangpu River. The hotel staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Parking is easy. I like it very much! !

Located at the north east end of pudong near the waterfront, beautiful views of the river and Shanghai bund on the opposite site. Unfortunately it’s rather sterile at night when you really want to be in Shanghai centre. Had room 2307 on the 23 floor, Club room with river views, probably will find better view of further down the corridor due to proximity view to the river. Warm welcome from front desk. Room was Spacious, and enclave elcloce with the mini bar area followed by the bedroom, study and seating . Toilet was the same size but more narrow with a clothes area unfortunately open plan and a separate bath tub, shower and commode. Has very good lighting panel and tech for lightning and phone charging and bedside but Was Disappointed that no usb charger Great bed, nice pillows. Nice bath, would be a nice touch with sunset views. Club- wonderful and spacious as warps all around. Food selection good: soup, bread, some Chinese starters, salads . Desert of ice cream and also western deserts and fruits Thomas the bartender was excellent with supply of cocktails every night Good Chinese cooked breakfast but the others could do with more choice Gym is excellent- huge and next to the pool. Breakfast down in basement was good, food food selection but more on the average side .

Wow, I just had an incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong in Shanghai! As a first-time visitor to this hotel, I was blown away by the luxurious experience and top-notch service they provided. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel super welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the modern amenities I needed. And let me tell you, the view of the Pudong skyline and the Huangpu River from my room was simply stunning! The dining options were amazing too – I enjoyed a mouthwatering Chinese feast at one of their upscale restaurants and had a scrumptious afternoon tea in their elegant lounge. I couldn't have asked for more variety when it came to food! I also loved their spa, fitness center, and gorgeous indoor pool – it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring Shanghai. Speaking of which, the hotel's location in the heart of Pudong made it super easy to visit top attractions like the Oriental Pearl Tower and the bustling shopping district on Nanjing Road. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an unbeatable experience that you won't forget. I can't wait to come back again!
