Amazing team delivering awesome service! I went alone, so in order to not make me feel lonely, they put a plush friend on the opposite chair and even served him a drink. Very attentive service, most recommended, even for foreigners (though the menu is in Chinese, but with pictures).

This restaurant is amazing. The staffs are all very attentive. They don't walk but run to you. When there is a wait, you are served with unending supply of snacks that includes fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, crackers. No problem if it is your first time or you don't know Chinese. They will ask someone who speaks English to guide and accompany you, recommend dishes and the various sauces. And they have lots of delicious sauces. Don't forget to order their specialty noodle where someone will perform the noodle pulling dance for you. They will attend to your drinks, hot towels. Really first rate. I will definitely come back or recommend others. One final note: I love that cute apron that they let you wear while dining.

THE best hot pot in Shanghai. Service, prices and overall experience is what makes this 100% worth your time and money and it will not disappoint. They even have nail polish area for ladies once they are done eating! It is not amazing nail polish experience but hey, it is fun thing to do.

I can probably speak for all the HaiDiLao places in SH but if you every want to crave your hot pot fix, this is the place to go. Customer service is top notch as they are always attentive, and the food never fails to disappoint.

One of my favourite hot pot experiences in Shanghai! Pay the 128rmb (that's $12aud) to get a private air conditioned room, with incredible service, access to refreshing drinks & teas. You must order the lei mein, which comes to your table with a noodle dancer. A must see!!!
