As a restaurant owner myself I can say that the food can be better as it was average in taste. My humble suggestion to the management would be to totally change the chefs and then see the results with good quality food. I really hope that the restaurant does good business in the future. Also would be better if they had a PATTISERIE for cakes or pastries as the celebration of the guests would be memorable. It does not look like a LUXURY if one cant even have delicious pastries or muffins at the stay. Really loved the staff service and cleanliness of the resort. The rooms, pool and gardens are well maintained and will totally make you feel relaxed throughout the stay.

Very bad service. Even hot water will not come in winter. Price is 5 star range and service is poorer than 1 star. Restaurant service is another pathetic area. Food takes half an hour as well post order. Finally they don't care whether you stay here or not... They got their fame and just running on top of it. Customers please be aware of this pricey and don't care customer type of resort.

We had a very bad experience during our 2 day stay at Palm exotica for our friend's wedding. The only positive aspect of our stay was the Room. They were comfortable and neat. Unfortunately, everything else fell short of our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was the food. We ordered Chicken 65, Butter Chicken and Butter Naan. It's disappointing to see that the quality of food in a resort such as palm exotica was not up to the par, especially since food is such an important aspect of any resort. The chicken seemed stale and the food was not tasty. The unresponsive and rude staff only added to our frustration. Another issue was had was with the AC in our room. Not only was this an inconvenience, but it's also concerning that nobody came to fix it despite your complaint. Overall, out experience at the resort was far from enjoyable, almost ruined our friend’s wedding for us. While it's possible that our experience was a one-off, it's important for the resort to address these issues to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant stay. It's always a shame when a special event, such as a friend's wedding, is marred by poor accommodations and service.

The property is luxurious, huge, peaceful and well maintained. We got both boat & land safaris arranged for us on request. Staff is very sweet. Enjoyed kayaking, archery and paddle boating too. Food was delicious. Price is obviously on the higher side but the service provided was very satisfactory. Our main concern was safari arrangement and it was done without any hassle, so no regrets!

The rooms were dirty, the toilet was damaged, and the swimming pool seemed to have been cleaned at least a couple of years ago. The place's only positive was the restaurant. The restaurant staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. This is not a five-star hotel. Please be aware that this resort's ambiance and facility are far from a five-star experience. I am unsure how this resort got a five-star rating and the agency involved in rating them as five stars. It may be a 3-star at max. Better to check for other options for the cost. I stayed from Aug 9 to Aug 10. The staff gave a deaf ear to our concerns. All of the rooms had a damp smell; it seemed like water leakage or mold, and no amount of space fresher helped with the pungent smell. The swimming pool was dirty, and the area around the swimming pool seemed like a haunted place. The staff was unfriendly, they just did not care about customer service. I could have left the place immediately but the trip was planned and i would have lost all my money because it was already paid. I don't recommend and neither intend to be at this place anytime in the future.

Waste of spending 9000 rupees for a day just for Room stay, and a pool and indoor games is waste, they don't have proper equipment and when asked about the coins of caroms missing and pool table balls missing, they say that they can't do anything, which is very bad on their part. Food is very costly and not so tasty and charge exactly 80 rupees etc compared with the hotels outside. I would say Rather paying and going to palm exotica it's better to go to wonderla. Waste of time and no entertainment other sitting in a good room and watching TV

We had gone there for a family outing with kids and elders. Resort is peaceful with some greenery. But that's it. Nothing else to be excited about. The only activity we can do is to play in the pool. In the name of indoor games they have a single Tt Table, damages foosball, and nothing else. The rooms are nice but again heavily understaffed and a simple request for an extra bed also takes multiple follow ups. Overall not worth the cost we are paying unless you want to spend time lazily without doing anything.

Stay experience was really bad. Pros: 1. Swimming pool is very good and has a good vibe 2. There are a couple of lawns, and you can play some outdoor sports with you family and friends 3. The resort is very green, full of trees. Scope of improvements (its a long list) 1. The lights in the rooms are broken. When we asked for repairing them, the mentioned there is no stock. 2. There is an uneasy damp smell in all the rooms ( not so well maintained) 3. Flush was not working in one of the rooms 4. Slight water clogging in the bathrooms 5. Service is slow like a sloth. You have to wait for almost everything 6. Some of the indoor games were not well maintained (e.g. airhockey was not functional) Overall, the resort should have provided much more for what we had to pay. Clean and well maintained rooms are something any resort like this should provide.

Been here twice , so will share the experience both the times. 2018 - Rooms - Excellent. ( Temple Tree villa) - Hospitality & Service - Prompt and excellent - Food - Excellent. The entire resort was so well maintained and you instantly would hit peace within. 2022 -Rooms : we booked 1 temple tree villa and 2 hibiscus suites! They charge a bomb for temple tree villa and the villa was so shabby and the AC was not working, the door handle was not working! I had to call the executives at night 11.30 and we were stranded on the resort!. They gave us another villa after 2 hours of waiting which was stupid and worst customer service after paying a bomb for these services. - Hospitality : When gone for billing, I told them I faced this inconvenience and I am not okay for paying the complete bill and it has to be compensated, they were offering a discount of 500 rupees and they made it look so shabby that I would never want to speak to those people again. why should anyone pay for the services which are not given by them? Gym and Spa were also not available for use. Also, they made us wait for 1 hour just to prepare the bill. - Food : Day 1 , the buffet was there and everything was good. Day 2 , no buffet they were asking us what to eat and they would serve, even that is fine but the attitude of the manager was not okay!. The waiters and chef were humble to apologize but manager was very adamant! - Pool Cleaning - In our 3 day visit, no body cared to clean the pool of the villa not even once. When asked, there was no reply. To be honest! If you are paying this high go to Golkonda or any other luxury resort than this! After 2022, I would never step in to this resort again! P.S : Only reason for 2 stars is due to the happy memories I have here. !

I would also suggest the resort management to consider giving a better discount instead of a meagre 100 bucks to guests for the wild waters adventure park since it is in the same property. Palm Exotica please inform your customers that there will be mouse in the room. You won't clean them properly This is the second time we are facing this issue from your end. Last time we let it go thought it might be a genuine mistake by your staff. The mouse is roaming all around the room while we are asleep with our three kids. How can't you control mouse entering the guest room i don't understand. This is our last and final trip here. I am writing this sitting in the room with the mouse roaming around awake since 4am, so that the mouse doesn't come near my kid.

My suggestion is don't take private pool room. I have visited palm exotica in July month and checked in to temple tree villa with private pool. Below are the issues we have faced. 1. Land phone not working, they have given mobile number to contact but if we call to mobile number no response. 2. Private pool and back area is not clean, we have called them many times then they responded and cleaned it. 3. Private pool don't have temperature control, water is too chill and dirt/leaves from trees keep falling. 4. Food is very expensive, and quantity is very less, I ordered bread pizza, they gave one bread piece with cheese and topping. They charged 190 rupees for that. Attached the pic for reference. You can imagine the cost of othe items. Pros: Breakfast buffet was good.

A 45-60 min drive from the city, escape into nature, relax from all the hustle and bustle. Amazing rooms, good service and a very warm and welcoming staff. Loved the food. Clean, hygiene and tasty. Continue providing the awesome service.

Booked a room at their resort, initial experience was poor as we were held up at the check in as there was only one person doing all the running around, this resultes in the restaurant getting closed and we missed lunch and my family were left starving till dinner. Had been forewarned, we would have first eaten and checked in the room. BOUGAINVILLEA rooms are okay, we were told that if you check in on time, you will better rooms. Evening was amazing food was top notch, but it seating in the lawn was bit chaotic.

Not worthy resort..Even drinking water bottles are chargeable here very commercial. Very limited food menu with average taste In wash room water was getting blocked. Among all star rated hotels this resort is worst I feel 25,000 for couple is not a small amount.I never wish to visit this resort again.

Location is good. But the rooms were expensive too and it's not that much worth. But the resort is in nature's lap, which is completely surrounded by greenary. Food is not all good, the service is too delay and the quality is not well maintained..Cost is not worthy..They should have 2-3 restaurants in the resort..Food service is too late. Few staff members needs improvement in terms of responding to customer.

The rooms are priced same as a 5-star hotel but the services are no way near of the same. The rooms themselves are good and maintained well. The private pool is cleaned frequently as well. However the ameneties offered can greatly vary from one to the other in the same category itself. Recreational centers like Indoor play are not at all well maintained. The food served is okayish at best but is highly overpriced. They offer only complementary breakfast as part of the booking.Everything else is chargeable. It is a decent place at best , nothing out of the ordinary.

This resort is pretty chill. Had a relaxing time with games and activities for families. The Fiesta restaurant served some really amazing food. We had Chinese and it tasted very authentic. Service was wonderful and Akash and Tapas made us feel very comfortable. Will visit this place again.

It is undergoing renovation it seems. Not much indoor or outdoor activities. Swimming was the only recreational activity to enjoy. We have to change room as the door lock and AC had issue. In lunch we ordered Chinese and that's the worst they can made. We had to return it and ordered butter chicken, that too was very salty. Evening head chef supervised the food himself and that was good. Breakfast had a good spread. Wild water park nearby is really good and we had a great time there.

I took temple tree villa which has a private pool. Private pool is not maintained very well, but there is a common pool which is extremely good. Temple tree villa has a direct entrance to common pool. Other than water theme park, there is not much you can do when you are in villa.

We went for one night stay at this resort. It's good for a short break. Amenities wise they have a seimming pool, spa and restaurant only. However guests can go for a after hours visit to the near by wildwaters theme park. We went for a day visit there next day. They give Rs 100 discount on the theme park entry for their guests.

Resort location is good amidst plush greenery and away from city noise n pollution. Restaurant has a great ambience with comfortable seating. Though the menu is limited, each item ordered was deliciously tasty. Although we couldnt get the Spa services which is currrently shut due to covid restricitions, expected to resume shortly.

Very bad service. Need to wait almost three hours to get the room. Check in time is 2:00 pm and the room was given at 3:40 pm. We were asked to go for lunch and unfortunately in the restaurant only one person is taking order and serving as well. It took one hour to get the order!! After that the room was alerted but telling us that all the pool view rooms are over. It was really a very bad experience in the beginning of our trip. Then in the dinner, it was a buffet with dinner at open garden. This was the only option for everyone and the charges per person was around Rs1200. We had to wait for 40 min to get a table. Really a bad arrangement and it felt like being tortured at a place where there is no option but to be at the mercy of this only one restaurant in a remote area. Not worth of coming here.

Just disgusting!! I’ve been to India for my wedding anniversary celebrations a month ago and was looking at resorts where I got to see about this resort. Looking at reviews, we were in dilemma but we had no choice as all the resorts in city were booked and we had to choose this. Food is good and maintenance for parks, pool is also good where as the stay was just HORRIBLE! We’ve booked 8 rooms where 6 of them are stinking like hell, just can’t enter the room because of smell from washrooms as there is some leakage in drainage(said by staff). Taking shower in that stupid stinking washroom was so painful for us! On top of it they decorated the room for anniversary couple which is stinking more than other rooms. I don’t understand why do these guys allot the rooms without checking or maintaining it properly, no sense at all! Just a request, please make sure about the maintenance before you allot the rooms! I personally request not to choose stay in this resort because it’s absolutely worthless! When given a complaint at checkout, no humble response was given instead we had a heated argument with some North Indian guy(staff). If the management continues to maintain the same, some day or the other people will Sue you!

Amenities wise it’s perfect. The private pool water isn’t changed or sanitised. Just cleaned using the same net that is used for public pools. Water in the pool is damn cold even in the summers. They say temperature can be altered at the reception but the pool boys deny. Toilets are okay. No room servicing is offered while staying. Towels aren’t clean. No Wi-Fi is offered. The reception has zero knowledge or they try to fool you saying the service will be attended in sometime. Food and restaurant service are excellent.I’m writing this review at my visit now. Come at your own risk during this pandemic times.

It's far from city, shankerpally route is not great. Big 2 bedroom Villas with private pool and outdoor setting, good for a weekend with family or friends, Clean n Neat rooms . They have single rooms too. Buggy service to move around. Food is decent. Ambience is quite green and pretty with lawns. Service is apt . Has a water park in the same 15+ acre property

I had a good experience . All over the property is very nice and thrilling .. All the staff are very supportive and courteous. Especially front desk and restaurant team. Very well maintained but only the distance travelling from city to resort it's taking too long. Over all I had enjoyed my stay.

The service is ridiculous. They had deducted additional room rent erroneously and promised to refund in a day or two. It has been over 7 working days with no action. This demonstrates complete unprofessionalism from their end, with no response and commitment. The experience has been harrowing. Please choose the property at your risk of being conned.

Recently been there with family for a weekend trip and its was a Great experience. Resort is maintained good keeping care of hygiene. Highly recommend for some personal alone time with family. Food can be slightly improved in case specifically asked for less spicy. Else everything is maintained perfectly.

It’s a Boutique Resort as the name says, well kept and maintained. Villa and rooms are good . Pool in the villa wasn’t so fresh though. Common Swimming pool is good and music is played around when there are people around, I loved the saxophone music played in the garden. Budha at the entrance is so beautiful and peaceful which is so welcoming. Food service is little slow and the taste is okay. Overall a decent place to family and friends.

I had taken a temple tree villa for a weekend Pro 1) The food at restaurant is delicious 2) The rooms are good Cons 1) The swimming pool always have leave fallen in it 2) the room service is not at all good. We have to call multiple time to get a thing done 3) there is no wifi working and No TV Overall if you are travelling from Hyderabad, it's the last option you should keep considering money and distance from the city.

The worst resort ever, rooms are ok but the service was pathetic, faced lot of issues and they haven't changed our room, given them complaints multiple times that hot water, lights in the room are not working and huge plot twist here, the telephone in the room as well not working so we can't call them and let them know about these issues. We have to walk to reception and then we have to raise our concern. And even after they will test our patience that how many times can we reach them by walking to raise our concern that is they haven't resolved it

Stayed for a day with my girlfriends for reunion. We had great time in the resort. Kitchen and restaurant staff was great , the restaurant food etc was top quality , Akash and few other girls were great. I only have one complain about the front desk staff who are extremely rude . Wifi never worked in villas, few bathrooms were not cleaned there was fungus and bad smell all toilets broken.

Located around 40 kms from Hyderabad, this is a very peaceful resort with loads of greenery in and outside the resort. They have multiple category of rooms and all the rooms are really spacious and some good amenities. Some of the rooms also have private pools. The resort is currently not maintained all that well of now. Kids pool and SPA was closed. Area around the poll was ill-lighted. Kids play area and indoor games sections were also not kept very well. There is just one restaurant in the resort which can become monotonous for you if you are staying for more number of days. The positive side of the property is the water park within the campus and it’s really good! Overall, a quite to place to relax with not many activities to do inside the resort.

We took a pool villa so that we could have a private pool for our kid and if the pool water was cold we thought we could use the jacuzzi in the villa. Pool was dirty when we checked in, it had all leaves and even surrounding of the pool was shabby. The pool water was a bit cold so we were thought to use the jacuzzi. For the Jacuzzi we thought we would get at least have some warm water. But, all we could get was a bucket of hot water which was not sufficient to heat the water in the jacuzzi. So our plan to use the pool or the jacuzzi was ruined. Now, coming to the room.. it was smelling really bad and there is no basic maintenance. There was not internet when we checked in and the resort did not even inform us before we booked. For such a price, I would suggest to go to some premium hotels in the city. You will surely get a better service. Not worth the money.

It is a very nice stay for families, group of friends, getogethers. Ambience of the place, the palm trees, pool view is good, however in the bathroom I wish there was a hand shower along with a regular shower head, it would have been helpful for older people.Mr Akash who was there during breakfast was a wonderful host.

The ambience & well mannered staff added charm to the place. However I suggest an exhaust fan, bucket in bathroom & lights in rooms to be checked before allotting to the next occupant. Mr. Kanu who served us was very helpful.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. Mr Shobit was really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. very clean and clear water, in the pool very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful I went with my family and everyone enjoyed a lot :) Thank you Mr. Shobit for the good hospitality and services.

We went on a corporate outing. It was really pathetic and mismanaged. No promised activities were available. All rides were pre occupied by at least 2500 school students. They over-booked because I could count at least 50 to 60 buses in the parking. Food was below average. Left early.

We visited this place for a family wedding. There r different rooms available with various facilities. I got a pretty decent room but the shower wasn't working and I had to lodge a complaint which was addressed on priority...but my expectation was that they should maintain their property well as they charge a lot . Food was good , swimming pool was nice. All the staff were very prompt.

Went there over the weekend. Reading some of the negative reviews, was bit worried. However our stay was good. Rooms were neat and clean. Pool is well maintained. Food was delicious. Room service was good in most of the things and sometimes it was a bit late. Overall loved the stay.

Had really good vibe spending time in this place. Loved the place and the environment here. You have got much privacy here to hang out with your family and chill. Spending atleast two nights in palm exotica and planning to have fun in wild waters one day In between would be great. You can bring and can have your own drinks.Complimentary Breakfast is good and not that great I would say.

Very delicious food and courteous staff. Krishna had made sure that are very comfortable and had also suggested us with the best items. It’s worth every penny, must try if you are visiting Palm Exotica.

The look and maintenance of resort is excellent. Rooms giving stinky smell. Restaurant is also very very good. Wild waters which is maintained by them is pretty well maintained... most of the indoor games are under repair... nothing much to do there except relaxing.

180 acres of greenery with choice of rooms , swimming pool, gym games and spa. Nearby water sports for kids. A unique experience for Hyderabad crowd. Full and crowded in weekends.

Nice resort with nice ambience. The room was good with a private pool. Kids enjoyed a lot at the room pool as well as the octopus pool. The restaurant at Palm exotica "The Fiesta" has nice ambience and the food was great. Mr. Krishna who served us at the restaurant gave us nice suggestions regarding food choice and took nice care of us.

Worst resort I have ever been. High prices and no quality. You will be finding bed bugs in your room for which they charge 15k per day. I have stayed for 2 days never felt comfortable even for a single minute. Please Do not go to this resort, rather you can choose Leonia, Wilderness retreat and many more. Those are low in prices and maintain hygienic rooms.

The resort is not being maintained and the kind of service they have does not justify the price. It is far off and there is only one restaurant. The Wi-Fi does not work. It keeps getting disconnected frequently. Most mobile networks also do not work. During checkout we requested the cart as we didn't want to strain my mother. We waited in the room for an hour and called the reception several times only to hear that they are coming. Finally we gave up and walked to the reception to see them carting around other guests. They did not prioritize us even though we were staying in their most expensive villa and were with senior citizens who needed help. The stay is charged before check in so there is no opportunity for you to talk to the staff during checkout. They don't care about the experience.
