As a first timer this place has a nice atmosphere, cosy and warm and not too loud. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Recommend trying the Festive Sambo you will not be disappointed 🙌🏽 I will definitely be back.

Discovered this little gem as our usual breakfast place was undergoing renovation. Agape is a delightful little cafe with a cosy atmosphere that was perfect for brunch on a winter's morning. We missed breakfast by about 15 minutes as this is served until 11:30 but there are three all-day items on the menu of which we selected the spinach and cheese omelette. We also ordered a Brie, Spinach, sundried tomatoes and homemade basil pesto sandwich. There are other vegetarian options as well. The sandwich was very good, the pesto particularly was amazing. The omelette was ok. Could have used a little more seasoning in my opinion. The combination with the relish was a new one for me and worked surprisingly well. The staff were just lovely. Super friendly and welcoming. The prices are also very reasonable and the proximity to Kildare Village makes it a handy oasis if you need to step away from the hubbub.

The food was extremely good. We have mushroom soup, a sandwich and a chicken and mushroom Vol-au-vent. Everything was so tasty, the Vol-au-vent was not heavy and was delicious. The soup was incredible and the sandwich was do nice my wife took half when she couldn't finish it. The atmosphere is really nice, feels cosy but not cramped and the staff are lovely. We'll definitely be going back

One of the best places for lunch in Co.Kildare. The food here is always amazing. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Good value too for the quality of the food, ingredients are always the best of the best. Their new premises is fabulous and beautiful inside, staff very friendly too on the day.

Agapé is a lovely café. Our visit was for a breakfast but unfortunately they stop serving breakfast at 1130 am we arrived at 1140 . The still had a breakfast bap and omelettes that stay on the menu all day ... We ended up ordering two house special sandwiches both were absolutely gorgeous one served with fried egg and the other served with plan Doritos with a light spiced mayo sauce and diced peppers on the side. The coffee is rich and not made at a boiling point so the beans do not get scalded leaving a lovely tasting coffee highly recommended I will go back next time before 1130am Ps the chutney is to die for. Thanks 👍

A charming café in town with a warm atmosphere. The food was not only delicious but served promptly by the friendly staff. While you might find a seat without a reservation, I highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. The seating near the fireplace adds an extra touch of coziness.

Very warm welcoming cafe. Three of us had lunch last Sunday. I had cottage pie which was very tasty served in a beautiful dish with lid and a fresh side salad with a tasty dressing. Others had a signature sandwich and ultimate breakfast sandwich. Nicely presented and again very tasty.

Fabulous cafe in kildare town. One of the most delicious and original cakes I've had. Coffee was to notch. Will definitely return to sample the savory items.

Recently had breakfast in Agapé café in Kildare and it didn't disappoint! My daughter loves pancakes which she eats plain. Her pancakes where light and fluffy so she was delighted I got the poached eggs with Avocado, mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes on sour dough and it hit the spot. Washed down with good coffee and thats what I call a good morning! Will definitely return and the staff are all very friendly

Good food, well presented. Often very understaffed. Food arrives quickly, but long delays for service afterwards. Waiters do their best, but not enough of them.

Save me,help! Burgers and sandwiches for at least 15 euros? Are you seriously? And okay, if only it were really tasty. But this is the driest and most inedible burger we've ever eaten. And a sandwich with cheese, ham and egg for 18 euros is outrageous! I don't recommend it to anyone.
