We came across this place after visiting a friend and I have to say it was not great service from the very beginning! Customer service was atrocious. The lady did not have a nice attitude at all. She was very rude and ignorant the way she spoke to us. My chicken was slightly under cooked in some parts and I have to say I would never go back. The food was bland and the glasses were dirty. I would give a zero if I could.

Stopped in for a bite at lunch. The bartender provided great service and the food was delicious.

Great place for a stop over, good food, good service and good rooms. Owner and staff couldn't do enough for you. Plenty parking nearby, the food is excellent will definitely visit again

Best pub in Ireland not been for a few years due to covid but Robbie and cait are excellent hosts rooms are spot on food is flawless can't wait for the time I'm next in the area

This place is soooooo fab we moved from the states across the street from it. I’ve never and I mean never have had a bad meal any time of day. All of the soups are fab fab fab. I favor the fish & chips, the American Fried Chicken, and the goujons. The Hunters burger also a fav. If it’s desert I’m telling ya the death by chocolate number one for me. Many items on the specials board also very good. All scratch made and very nice portions you will not be disappointed. Robbie and Kathleen will take good care of ya! The Hunters is a must stat period we never even consider somewhere else. Da best!!!

Clean and spacious room, with all the amenities you’d expect. We moved from an Airbnb that was substandard, so this was a breath of fresh air! We had frequented the pub the previous week and loved the food and company, so it was nice to return and stay. The innkeeper and his family were very accommodating. Great stay!

The Hunters offers a unique experience of fine nuruishing food, great Guinness and very friendly and knowledgeable clientele. Well worth a visit.

We had a lovely lunch- a steak sandwich and a chicken sandwich. The homemade, chunky chips were gorgeous!! We will be back!

This used to be a great place to eat but it's not what it was and it's very expensive. I had steak but it was quite fatty and served with very little veg. The Guinness was good.
