Mostly friendly staff. 90% of time extremly helpful. But dropped a star because phone is rarely if ever answered. Bought a bike and was to be called when assembled. Was told would have to collect that day as they don't store items bought. No call and no answer when ringing. Not first time issues re trying to contact

As a first time mother. I am preparing for the babys arrival. My dad suggested smyths toystore for buggy car seat etc. I cannot sress enough how amazing Natalia was with us. She answered all of our questions and gave us some great tips for baby. Excellent customer service. She should get a raise!!!

Bought a kitchen in Smyths Athlone for my 18 month old daughter, assembled it, but there was a small hinge missing for an oven door (not Smyths fault). I left it until Christmas eve to assemble it and discovered the missing part a couple of hours from closing time. Explained the situation to a manager and there was no messing about, immediately she said she would take care of it as they had a display model and she would give me the hinge from that. I was in and out in 10mins with no hassle at all. Great customer service and saved Christmas for a little girl :) I didn't get the girls name who helped but thanks a million.

Great toy shop with a huge range of toys for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was busy but it's well spaced out so never felt too claustrophobic. Really big car park which had plenty of spaces on our visit with direct access to the store.

I love this store soooo much favourite place ever to buy things i like. I got a pokemon plushie for a really good deal and some other things on clearance. I love deals, i love Smyths
