Excellent customer service, Michael went above and beyond to sure my order arrived before Christmas, including sending the order twice when the tracking for the first shipment didn't show any progress. Possibly the best customer service imaginable. My address auto populated incorrectly when placing an order. No big deal as the eircode was included. I just sent a quick message through the website contact form asking if it could be changed. It was a Friday night, the night of the toyshow so I expected to maybe hear back on the Tuesday/Wednesday the following week. 20 minutes after sending the message I had an email from them confirming the address was updated. I was blown away. Maybe I have just become accustomed to subpar service but for me it highlighted again that buying Irish, and in particular from a small or family run business should be the priority.
