Chicken was so amazing it’s been haunting me in my dreams ever since I bought it last week, but the girl at the till (Sarah) left an even better impression. She had great chats… honestly made me feel like I was talking to a life long friend even though it was our first meeting and had the best customer service. Needless to say I’ll be a lifelong customer for as long as I’m a Ballincollig resident 👍

Visited Drumsticks again for the first time after the pandemic, have to say it was so clean and the food was amazing as always! Also the hospitality was great! Sarah your employee was exceptional in helping decide what to eat and just her overall kindness! Sarah is a great asset to the drumsticks franchise!! I’ll be back very soon :)

Always good quality, cooked when you order it and their gravy is one of the best gravies I've ever had. Gravy is what brings me back there every time!

Drumstix is the perfect Saturday night takeaway. The menu is great and there is something for everyone in the family. It’s also really reasonably priced and very affordable for feeding the entire family. The online order system is great and Sarah always has our order ready on time for collection.

My favorite take away in Cork …Menu is great ,food is the most tasty of all I’ve been to . The staff … I can’t say enough,how polite and friendly the girl working on Saturday was ( hallowe’en bank holiday) !!! Very rare great attitude,kindness and all of it with a smile ! I love this place for its true diner style and experience. The atmosphere is always great, and so is the decor food service and milkshakes.

The food here is always excellent. The chips are always perfectly done, the chicken is never dry, the salad in the burgers is nice and fresh. The walls are adorned in retro American diner style decor and the staff are always polite and helpful. We need more of these type diners. Highly recommended by my family and anyone I know.

It's a 1950s style diner located in ballincollig, it's a well established business, been there 20 years or more, food is excellent and well worth a visit ,street parking

I recently dined at Drumstix Diner, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was charming, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely divine. Five stars without a doubt!

I ordered and paid for the food online 30 mins before I went there and when I arrived not only was it not ready it seems they hadn't even started the order. So I took a seat and waited. I saw them take the orders of people who arrived after me and gotten their orders ahead of me! The place isn't busy either! There is no advantage to ordering online you are pushed to back of the queue. food was average, I won't be back again. waited 50 mins in total for my order on a Wednesday night!

Absolutely stellar dining experience! The consistently excellent quality of the food at Drumtix is truly commendable.

Taco fries are very nice, made with skinny fries, jalepenos, etc. Breast in a bun is brilliant, personal favourite is the garlic one. Regular fries are also great, nice and crispy but not too much.

The chicken tastes a lot like KFC. The chips were good. The food was delivered to our table

Great food ,very tasty ,and not loaded with salt ,everything cooked from scratch ,it hasn't been sitting under heat fermenting like other places lol love the decor, will be back

Service was quick and staff behind the counter very pleasant and efficient. Premises was very busy. So eating in at the moment, ate our food in the car. Food was tasty.

I love Drumstix. I was recently convinced to give ChicKing in Ballincollig a go and I and I left a disappointed review regarding service time and the food being lukewarm. Drumstix is lightning quick, tasty, and right across the road from a pub where the food isn't great. So their location is also perfect. P.S the gravy in Drumstix is delicious, if I could take a pint of it home I would.

Everything was lovely as usual. Just very cold in the cafe. Maybe install a self closing door. Had to get up 3 times to close it. Thanks

Nicest restaurant for chipper food around as of chippers worked here for a short period couple of years ago as a delivery driver .There restaurant is so we'll organized everything is always fresh super service and spotless clean always have to pop in time to time for taco fry's and burgers or wraps you won't get any other like them 🤤🤤 highly recommend 😁😁

Clean looking, stylish, place with prompt service. Got the Breast in a Bun and JoJos. The Breast in a Bun was very well proportioned with the bap not dominating the chicken. JoJos were lovely soft potato in the middle with a tasty crust, a pleasant change from fries/chips. Five stars from me, will visit again.

Fantastic food, fantastic service and an overall fantastic experience. I was skeptical about this place initially but the combination of the service from the girl behind the counter and the food, it blew that thought away. All other workers in this establishment and any other should take notes from her as her customer service was exceptional. I will definitely eat here more often!

Love the fried chicken wrap and with the little bit of lettuce and tomato gives it that extra freshness and crispy texture. The garlic fries and the Oreo milkshake combined are exactly what you want from a dirty take away. Great quality food and always end up coming back every 2 months or so

Decent enough for chipper food. Some tasty items, some not so good. I guess it depends what you're into. If you order the chicken wings though be ready to receive more bone than meat. A very disappointing display of chicken wings.
