Great selection of aran sweaters in all different styles. I got one and a hat and am very pleased with both. Soft, comfortable wool that also keeps me quite warm, which is appreciated with all the wind around here. The cashier did an excellent job of making sure we knew all about the various ways of getting our VAT back when we left Ireland.

So many sweaters! Sweaters, a scarf, and a cap were the only souvenirs my husband wanted from our recent trip to Ireland. We even took an extra suitcase to make sure we had room to get everything home. The Aran Sweater Market in Killarney had everything we were looking for. There were so many different styles and colors available, it was almost difficult to pick a favorite. The staff was supremely friendly and helpful and even recognized our son when we went back later. The prices were all very reasonable for the product being purchased.

Myself and four girlfriends were thrilled with the selection & quality, making substantial purchases. Two of us inquired about the advertised FREE shipping to Canada. We were assured by the lady in the shop that they do this all the time and that there was no need to worry about duty etc. Opting to save precious luggage space, two of us shipped our purchases. Before even leaving Ireland, both of us received texts, advising we owed in excess of $100 in duty fees. We are frustrated and disappointed with the misleading customer service. ☹️

This is an excellent store to find quality Irish made products. There are 2 floors worth of items, including a large variety of clan name items. Located close to hotels in Killarney. Lots of choices for men, women and children.

Good website, good products However, very poor customer service. Order was reported totally wrongly delivered (according to track & trace delivered to Greece instead of Belgium) without any form of feedback when asked about. Prices indicated in euros/pounds/dollars, but confusing when checking out (online), as prices in euros are converted back to dollars. All in all, customer because of the quality. Because you don't have to do it for the service

I could live in this store. I can’t tell you how many times I returned on our trip. Do yourself a favor and get one of the plaid scarves, they are made of the nicest material in town. A very wide range of products and they offer free shipping worldwide. A must stop.

Shockingly poor service. I purchased an item and discovered it didn't fit. I emailed the store and they asked me to post it back as I don't live locally. They said they would issue store credit. They never issue the store credit, despite multiple emails and requests. So they have both the item and the money I had paid for it. In some please, this amounts to theft. Was very disappointed with my service. Would be telling people to avoid the place.
