It was the worth experience ever in any of the Adnoc station this branch really i don't recommend i been there for auto car was and after done with the washing i came to the vaccum bay i stepped out to give them a chance to clean the car from out side and then i found the car is still in a very dirty condition tires , roof , body all still full of dust and not clean i asked them the car is not clean!they simply told me it's the machine that's not cleaning well !!! But we will do it with towels!! I disagree with the manual towels cleaning and I was surprised they told me you have to pay because it will be counted as washed since we operated the washing machine...the supervisor was really unprofessional dealing with the customers and this would be my last experience with Adnoc station ...i did called the customer service which was useless also no one get back to me,,,, am writing this review after 2days i came back i got a call from the manager he asked to come back to pay the amount and to re-wash the car when i arrived he came to check my car and really he was professional in the way he handled the case he asked them to wash it again in the way i want he came back and double check it if am happy or not with the service and also he request for a tire polish to make sure the tires will get well clean....thank you 🙏

6 lanes open but only 2 people working they are making these 2 work every lane alone causes traffic at rhe Station.

The staff are very friendly

had a bad experience here. When i went there i saw one offer about free service included if i am taking lube and filter change (offer attached) but staff there was telling we didn't get information about that.

Today I went to this station to fuel up my car but they were standing still and many cars were leaving without fueling so I asked the employee about whats happening, they are charging he said, I tried to ask him more to understand what is that mean but he did not answer more and left, then when another pump in my right start working I see my pump operator chilling with other one till I had to call him, and when I finished fuelling my tank I had to call him again to remove the gun from the tank, most of the time ADNOC staff are very helpfull and friendly but today I do not know what was the wrong with them. MOREOVER, this is my faovrite PETROL COMPANY in all UAE because of thier prices, services and thier loyality program. check it out, it is very good and usefull.

It's annoying when there's a lot of rush and there's less attendants. Even after refuelling is done, we have to wait several more minutes until someone comes to receive the cash.
