Super slow wifi. Air-conditioning is not cold enough. The price of the room is not justified. Can't even bring guests inside the room.

I don’t know what’s wrong with them First I didn’t find any towels then told them to bring 3 towels they cleaner said the receptionist said not allowed I went down to confirm to the receptionist but and he said yes 2 towels are not allowed!!!!!!! And that was the manager vishnu which I was soprazed They need to learn customer service And some wonderful stains on the chair as seen picture I hope it didn’t came from human And very dirty carpet

My first and last bad experience I will never go again there there is an Egyptian man on reception has very scary behavior I always visit hotel and resorts but never see that behavior of staff I become scared security I don't complete my day and I came back my home I appeal to owner of hotel must this Egyptian man excuse and take class of attitude Thanks

Not recommended for family,because they are allowing people to smoke in the room.. so u can smell also the cigarette in the room... u can hear the sounds from outside.. u can’t sleep properly...I didn’t feel relax not only me but also my son.. but but for the staff most especially the receptionist guy he talks very polite also the service boy or the one who fix the ac even though it’s hard for him to talk in English atleast he is very polite... but the hotel sorry but better I spend good price atleast I will feel comfortable rather than a cheap price but can’t sleep nicely... I hope there’s a policy that they are not allowing someone to smoke in the room... and make a smoking area...

There beds are full of bedbugs .. never going this place again !! It was a torture

Very bad hotel . My girls came late night to check in . They did not have money . I wanted to pay online and they dont have this option . They just trow them away . And the receptionist have told me why i didnt set up my things early . This is not a good behavior and answer .

Only one thing overall experience for 2 nights stay here is very poor. I will never back here or recommend this hotel to anyone

Worst experience with this hotel, no room cleaning by default, not even complementary items like water and other items, not even giving extra towels. But charging too high. Donot prefer this hotel by any means..
