A relatively small restaurant which the top-class location, cozy environment (including the swimming pool outside) and reasonable prices make an excellent choice for weekend brunches or dinners for both Dubai residents and hotel guests. My only suggestion would be to have the serving sizes a bit larger (with more side stuff) so they are more self-sufficient...

No bread or parmigiano offered with my pasta. Small portion and the sauce was just pureed tomato no herbs or flavouring. Olives in the sauce were brined or pickled, which just added a bitter flavour. My son had the pasta with truffle, which was good. Pizza was average to poor, no flavouring

A slice of restaurant appended to a back end of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Fika offers a nice menu and has smartly turned out, polite, and attentive staff. The flat whites were not bad but certainly not at the 10-dollar-coffee level! I ordered the smoked salmon and poached eggs which turned out looking pretty but when the salad is larger than the food you’ve ordered, you might question what you’re paying for. A small piece of sourdough toast was portioned for two eggs, and sat under a meagre strip of salmon. Hmm. The salad was cold, crisp and refreshing. Overall, not bad, but not enough but you are paying for the location. I stopped in for old time’s sake, but JBH was slammed with tourists and booming music off the beach like it was a Club Med. If you want better views, portions and prices maybe look elsewhere. Otherwise it does the job in a pinch.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made the matcha tea with almond milk exactly the way I specified! The ambiance looks nice. I appreciated that the straws are biodegradable and made of avocado seeds. Cool!

Lovely tucked away gem Very chilled ambience, good selection for a bite and drinks, including nice wine options. The valet parking is very convenient

Wow… been to Dubai since 2002 and this is the best food so far! If you’re into great food, come here. You won’t be disappointed!

One of my favourite places in Dubai and so far I’ve been going for breakfast. The food is AMAZINGG!!! I usually order either izu Benedict my favourite scrambled eggs with truffles, but that’s never enough. I love the baked feta from the lunch menu and the smashed avocado and labneh as a full on breakfast. A lavish breakfast for two will cost around 400 aed but worth ever dirham tbh.
