Good store to buy original frames for glasses, lenses and branded goggles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are high. They sell original brands with warranty. This outlet do not have lab for fixing but they have eye test. All major local (UAE) insurance networks accepts at this location. In case of any confusion staff helps you to explain what covers in your health insurance.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced with JALYN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, a staff owning a huge ATTITUDE PROBLEM while attending her customer. Instead of listening to the customer complain, while i am talking as a customer she told me STOP. How can a staff of RIVOLI GROUP tells the customer whose raising a customer complain to STOP while customer is talking?!. Is this the standard of customer service in RIVOLI GROUP? The Company should train Jalyn more on customer service than product knowledge. If i were to rate Jalyn service it will be WORST THAN POOR.

I came here the first time yesterday to exchange an item I bought online. Though they were accommodating and asked me how they can help as soon as I stepped in, when I mentioned that I need to exchange, they were hesitant at first and looked like didn't know what to do. Finally after a short discussions with her colleagues, they agreed to exchange me for the item I want. It took a while to sort it out but long as it was exchanged anyway, I am satisfied. I like Rivoli in general because they have good offers time to time catering good brands of luxury and lifestyle watches.

Since 2014, I have been a customer of Rivoli, primarily due to Azyan's exceptional customer service! Every time, Azyan goes above and beyond to make sure that I, as a customer, leave the premises feeling completely satisfied. He is really welcoming, professional, and honestly, more retailers need someone like Azyan.

Keshav is a brilliant customer service person. I had a situation where in I wanted to purchase few watches as gifts before my flight in 2 days. I was worried if I place an order online, the delivery might not happen in time, hence I started calling multiple branches of Rivoli to see if I can order n pick up from store. Surprisingly none of the stores were willing to HELP!! Until I contacted Sahara centre branch where my needs were taken care of impeccably. Keshav not only heard me out completely but also assured he would try his best to get it sourced to his store for pick up. Trust me the guy made sure I was kept informed at every step and did an amazing job of getting me the required items in time. Kudos Keshav!! It takes a lot of effort to reach such a level in customer service. Congrats Rivoli for having such empathic staff... He needs to be a role model for others who weren't willing to help. Lastly, it's worth mentioning this is the first time ever I am commending someone.. This should explain in itself.. What a experience it was dealing with Keshav!!!

The store has a good collection of elegant Swiss watches (maybe others too..I had made up my mind on a Tissot). My overall experience was pleasant.
