It's clean to the eye and nice people but these roaches are literally everywhere. They crawl on you at night, I just came back from store and they are in my suitcase. They are brave roaches. They walk out in the light and they are bot afraid of you either. I've been here 2 days and seen 50 at least. The hide under my blanket and clothes. It's extremely bad.

If you want affordable rooms or hostel beds in Dubai, this is a place to be. Very near to the airport and a 2mins walk to a mall

Even agoda customer service they are really the worst. For you to know. I booked 10 days. And when I went there for few hours I said that sleeping in the street is way better than being here. I requested to cancel my stay and get cancellation penalty. They told me no sorry if you cancel you will not get any refund. Also for you to know. The rate was 750 for the 10 days. It suddenly increased to 1250 once I pressed on pay. And yeah there was no OTP. Just deducted directly and no you cannot cancel or adjust. As Sample as any scam process. Yeah, I stayed for two days at sleeping at my car till I got money transferred from a friend and booked another place. And yes those two days sleeping in the car was much better than staying in this place. Will never use this USELESS website again and will keep sharing the awerness everywhere. So simply RUN

The rooms are very nice and clean. Only complaint was the shower pressure was weak. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is also fresh and tasty
