I was recommended Al Dana Clinic by a friend of mine and I went there to get my teeth checked by Dr. Feroz. He is truly very kind and he actually takes the time to listen and understand. He did my laser procedure very patiently. There have been other instances when I have gone to some professionals only to come back home and feel like the treatments they advised were very unnecessary and just for the sake of making money. That is not the case with Al Dana Medical clinic. After my procedure, Dr. Feroz was very kind enough to reply to my concerns and explained me the process.

My sister in law is disabled and is difficult to see her teeth. Dr Feroz handled her so carefully that in 15 minutes she did what other dentists could not do. Since then I go for all my treatments and close my eyes as I have blind trust in Dr. Then the level of empathy and explanation to the Patient is extraordinary

The best dentist in Dubai for sure. No work is half done, everything is completed to perfection, Dr Feroz is always available for any calls or queries any time if the day, checks up after treatment and is very patient and you feel no pain! Highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Dentist Dr Firoz. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dentist, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid a similar ordeal. When I visited this dental clinic, I was hoping for a positive and reassuring experience, especially since I had read some positive reviews beforehand. However, my and my family member's encounter was far from pleasant. From the moment I started asking questions about treatment plan, the dentist seemed agitated and irritated. It's disheartening when a healthcare professional lacks the patience to address their patient's concerns and queries. The lack of empathy and understanding made me feel uncomfortable and unheard during the appointment. Unfortunately, things only worsened when I made the difficult decision not to continue with the dentist's services. His whole demeanor changed, and he became sarcastic and rude. It's unacceptable for any professional, let alone a dentist, to behave this way towards their patients. What truly saddened me was witnessing how impatiently he treated my family member during their treatment with cuts on his lips and not giving him breaks to gargle unless he asked. A dentist should prioritize calming their patients and ensuring their comfort, but it was evident that this was not a priority for this individual. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and seeking a more compassionate and professional provider. As patients, we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity throughout our healthcare journey. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages the dentist to reflect on their behavior and work towards improving their patient care.

I got 2 root canals done and had 9 cavities filled under Dr. Feroz. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time simply because of how terrified I was and the not so fun stories I heard about visits to a dentist. I was quite tensed during my first visit, Dr. Feroz checked in with me frequently and made SURE that all the treatments were painless. In the other visits, I was relaxed and couldn't believe that the treatment was over before I knew it. Everyone working alongside Dr. Feroz were kind and welcoming. I checked a few other hospitals/clinics before coming here and I'm glad I chose this one. This clinic is a great option especially if you are looking for painless treatments and reasonable prices.

Had a surgery done with Dr Firas , he’s extremely professional and kind. Experienced an amazing customer service at the clinic. Dear Doctor Sabb, I went to Dr. Aliasgar for a teeth cleaning session and when I was comfortably sitting on the dentist chair assuming I have the best teeth in the world, i was informed I have a few cavities. Dr. Aliasgar and his staff nurse were so cooperative during my procedure and it was pain less. During the session I had to make a business call and they patiently waited for me to finish it. I went to Dr. Feroz for my smile correction after checking multiple clinics both in India and UAE and I right away decided to get the treatment done with him looking at his confidence and the way Dr. Firoz explained me about the procedure.
