Very pleasant park, many sports activities (basketball, volleyball, climbing, cycling, etc.). Along the canal, sea air guaranteed. Climbing blocks are very well designed and suitable for all levels. Parc très agréable, nombreuses activités sportives (basket, volley, escalade, vélo, etc). En bordure du canal, air marin garanti. Les blocs d'escalade sont très bien conçus et adaptés pour tous les niveaux.

It is a nice place that is close to dubai downtown are and dubai mall and business Bay Area . Now there are many companies there . The buildings are very well maintained and you cannot access them without secure card . there are good choices of restaurants and it is good to have walk at night or have a dinner there .

Love the area:) great for a nice quiet walk or for a nice quiet evening to drink and chill with your spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend, I personally recommend trying One Life as the best Passion fruit drink I ever had with a nice and welcoming staff.

Very modern office complexes. Hosts a number of eateries and restaurants as well. The walk at night is delightful.

Great idea and lovely creative environment. We missing a kids activities with art and design, I suggest more workshop about design. All over we love the area

Great area very quiet, good for day time visit, you can find alot of art stores and design companies.

An amazing newly built area knows as Dubai design district and you can reach the location from al khail road and Al ain road E66 easily. It’s not crowded and new development is in progress. It’s designed with an ideology of innovation, design and digitalization. They have many area that can be photographed and beautifully designed art and culture of UAE.

I had a lot of joy being here. Fashion shops, art galleries, nice places to eat and have coffee. Huge parking. Not all is opened now but soon it will be one of the most popular areas in Dubai.

Nice location for all with kids playing area.

The piercing and jewelry shop, N. Sefi is so horrible. Poor quality, rude to customers. The worst business at D3, makes me never care to go anywhere near it. The restaurants are also average, tried most of them and none are worth going to again. The nail salon is overpriced. Doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of quality here.

It is beautiful and quiet, with cafes and a walkway. Parking is free. It has restaurants, the most famous of which is the Lebanese restaurant and cafes, but it is almost empty. It is not considered a strong option.
