This is a friendly and *busy* spot with an intense drive-thru, mobile order, and walk-in culture. The service is effective and kind, and the clearly experienced and staff work super hard as a team. Ordering during peak times nonetheless requires patience. Clean facilities and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and standing room. Incredible to watch the employees work so fast and consistently.

First time at this location. And after seeing the condition, doubt I'll return. The floor was disgusting food everywhere crumbs, sticky stuff. I waited 25 mins for 1 Carmel ribbon crunch. 4 people there but only 2 working. The other two doing? Why not sweep floor while you're doing nothing! Starbucks should see this establishment!!!

I love this location. It is spacious and laid out well. I love Starbucks and this was clean and they were very friendly!

Went to Starbucks Media Drive-Thru yesterday. Got a Venti brown sugar shaken espresso. Barely any coffee in it! It was a venti & I guarantee there wasnt even enoigh liquid to fill a grande cup! So much ice I couldn't push my straw in! I took pictures & a video & I plan to share it w everyone! This has happened so many times at this location & many others! They are a rip off! Charging a fortune for coffee then making you pay for ice! AND they have increased the star system on their apps so you have to spend more to get more YET, they don't give any more than before! They give me frozen water! I'm so irritated!

The BEST team at this location. I stop every morning on my way in and they are sure to put a smile on your face with their kindness and positivity! Alexis, Brittany, Melody and Jaise always have a compliment for you <3

Great coffee, super busy. It took about 20 plus minutes to get us two lattes. We decided to skip the drive through as the drive through was packed as well, with cars spilling out on the road outside the drive through. This Starbucks is located in a strip mall and with the number of cars in the drive through, I would say that is causes inconvenience to the other visitors of this mall.

My husband and I come here almost every morning before work and we are always so delighted when Tony is working the window. He is so cheerful and kind. Great customer service! The location itself is fine but if you go in the middle of the day, there’s not always enough staff to keep up with the surge of orders.

My Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso was half filled because I asked for light ice. They told me I have to get extra oat milk, extra cost, to fill the cup. How is this ethical? So, I have to get iced drink with cup full of ice during Winter or Fall? I can’t get light ice? I had a terrible experience. I don’t recommend this place.

Ordered 2 drinks and somehow they got mixed up. They had some ingredients added to the opposite drink. As a result I had an allergic reaction. When I told the barista they were made incorrectly, she just said “no they aren’t”
