I was here last September for my mother The whole staff was excellent and very pleasant. That’s the reason why I came back to this place as a walk-in. As soon as you hit the front desk, you greeted at the door with a smile. Everyone was really caring and patient with me. The place is very clean and relaxing. This is definitely my go to place for urgent care!

Easy check in, incompetent medical care. I came in with cold symptoms and a sore throat. I was tested for the flu which I was told was negative, only because the flu test was negative, then they decided to test me for covid. They had no rapid test, so I was told I had to wait a few days for the results, when all other facilities give results on the spot. I was not tested for anything else, like strep throat, which is what I thought it could be. I was given a weak examination and prescribed cough syrup. The worst part is that they LIED and said I tested positive for covid a couple days later. After testing myself and going to another clinic, all the test came back NEGATIVE. I work from home, alone, so my boyfriend brought his cold to me. Yet, when he went to an actual hospital he tested negative for covid. So did everyone I came in contact with. This place was such a waste of my time, My boyfriend and I had a winter cold, I never had covid and I still don't!

Great experience!!! Staff and doctor was really nice and the process of wait time and seeing a doctor was pleasant, quick, clean and professional! I would highly recommend vybe urgent care and definitely make my appointments here again!

Fast service. Dr was attentive to my needs. Didn’t feel like a rushed experience. Medical Assistant was pleasant as well. Waiting area and rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean. Overall great experience. I have been coming here for a while now. Would highly recommend.

When you aren't feeling well the last thing you want is to feel you aren't heard or being cared for. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the staff was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I also left feeling good about the treatment and advice I was given. I will definitely return in the future.

The staff at Vybe were great! Check in was quick and they called me to the back quick as well. The nurse and doctor were extremely nice and quick with their services. Hardly no wait time. I was very pleased and will return there when absolutely necessary. Thank you!

Great site overall. Parking was easy and just steps away from the door. The receptionist was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was clean and spacious. I went to get my 3-year old daughter her physical for school (her regular doctor's office couldn't accommodate us); the nurse who did our in-take had great bedside manner with my little one. The doctor was quick and efficient; equally good with kids. All in all, a great visit and I will definitely be back for any other urgent care I may need.

Very quick ans sufficient service. Front desk quickly resolved my minor issue with insurance. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in 20 mins!! Every body was great 👍 👌

This was my first time here and my visit was great! Everyone was courteous and professional. I was seen immediately and treated with care. The PA and NA explained everything to me when they were treating me. I definitely would recommend this office to my family and friends.

Brought my son here. They have a parking lot and the clinic is clean with beautiful decor. All the staff was pleasant along with security. It was no one there. And we was in and out within 30 to 45 mins. That’s including new patient sign in. Was happy i came here out of all the urgent cares in the area. Truly recommend.

I didn't have to wait a long time. The waiting room was not crowded 🙄. And I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to see me and she was very polite and so was the staff and security guard. I would refer someone to this urgent care facility.

The people at the front desk where very nice but once I saw the doctor she was so close in my personal space then. Try to tell me to leave before I got my discharge papers but other then that the front desk people where really nice and my intake nurse name heather was very nice thank y’all for seeing me today
