For the most part they make orders accurately. Their internet ordering is superb, as befitting a national chain, provided with centralized corporate IT resources. They have never made an error on any internet order I have placed, this being my preferred ordering method. I have only had a handful of pizzas over-cooked, in the years I have been here. It's Domino's, but it IS the best pizza in Shepherdstown. Updated 12/31/2019... It is New Years Eve and they were super busy, but my order was correct and perfect! Update 07/10/2020: I got a chicken alfredo bread bowl, it was perfect.

The management and 16 year old employee are both incredibly rude. If you have any issue with your order, don’t bother trying to talk to anyone. The manager will only side with the 16 year old employee. This is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Seriously unprofessional and ZERO customer service skills from the top down.

Rude staff, extremely poor customer service. Don’t expect Eli the manager to intervene in the customers defense. Staff member hung up on me, then lied and said that I cursed at him. What a way to treat a local member of the community.

I love dominos apps! They are like the best apps as far as the chain pizza delivery game goes. Any way I called this location in Shepherdstown and I got the most kind and humble man named Daniel taking care of my delivery order over phone. His customer service is great he is a very kind gentleman. You killed it bud thank you .

Gave it 4 stars because of inconsistency. Sometimes the pizza is cooked well, but always the edges are burnt and other times the center, about 4 inch circle, is still doughy and uncooked. They do offer to replace it but we would have to drive back a 2nd time since we are not in their delivery zone. So we only go there on occasion now.

They accidentally made an extra of the cheese pizza I ordered and gave it to me. What a wonderful surprise!! Fast service and friendly staff also help :)

Ordered 2 pizzas and chicken and my pizza was, the wrong size (medium not large) and was a slight amount of sausage and green peppers instead of sausage and onions that I ordered. Not coming back anytime soon.

Put in an order for 18 larges for a party. Moved the time time up by 15 minutes at the last second. These guys still made it happen! All the pizzas were still hot when I got to the party.

Terrible customer service, was double charged spoke with two different managers no one had a clue what was going on and it's been months and still never got a refund...so I bite the bullet and take the loss to place a order online tonight which they got wrong and wanted me to buy them again with a 20% discount! I won't be going back...

They always accurately deliver hot fresh pizza. Our go to for pizza delivery in my area. Got the cheeseburger pizza. Pictured below. This was very good. Cheesy, tomatoes, hamburger, and onions. I dip the pizza in a little ketchup. Yum yum. The staff is very friendly.
