Its a growing town with not much, although it provides for all the basic stuff. The town makes a suitable stop over alternative and items and places here are rather cheap. Notably, the town harbours a modern market, recently constructed judging by its condition. The market is one of the most populous place in this town suggesting it has great produce. Besides, the town also harbours a decent railway station which often operates on Fridays to Sunday for passengers arriving from Nairobi to Nanyuki and vice versa. Overall, its worth a check out on your way to your other destinations.

Chaka Market is the best in the region. Very affordable and with so many varieties of items.

It's a busy town, most people here are usually on a shopping spree for vegetable and fruit, it's also worth noting that the railway line passes in the town to ease transportation of produces

The place still growing. lack proper water drainage. I like the new railway station though the train passing through is old and looks dilapidated. Come on, Kenya Railways should buy new engines for this line.

With new businesses coming up this would probably the best place to invest in hence the population increasing significantly

It's has a railway station and a factory maisha millers. Big market and people prefer here because it is also strategically located. Hope as it grows archits will plan it well

Well to be honest it's not much to look at with a shabby look,the govt has really let down on this down in regards semblance but I've had loads of fun there anyway so 4 stars for growth rate and bias😅
