I purchased my first Rolex Sub from Diamond and Jewelry Gallery this week!!!! Excellent selection, never pressured me into purchasing the watch. The watch was immaculate. They purchase excellent Pre-owns! Brought it back with me and my coworkers swore it looked like it was new from the dealer. Dealt with Andrew and the owner!! Excellent, very personable, worked with my price range! Highly recommend.

This place has been hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I went in looking for a luxury watch, thinking of a Rolex and I came out with an Omega which I fell in love with, even though I tried on many watches I was never pressured to purchase the most expensive watch, usually other jewlery or watch stores pressure you to make the most expensive purchase. Monica was very patient and had an extent knowledge in horology. Her customer service made me feel excited, secure, and happy about my purchase.

This business has become nothing more than a cheap pawn shop they offer insulting prices on items they buy or sell, I will never do business here again and will never recommend them to anyone . I would give them Zero stars if I could .

I purchased a beautiful Wimbledon Datejust 41 from them and they had exceptional customer service! They had a wide variety of Rolex sports models and priced the watches appropriately to the market. I can easily recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a luxury watch or jewelry.

Excellent service, I took my dads Rolex for cleaning and Alex was awesome. First I went to a Rolex dealer and they were going to take 6 months and they had it ready only in 2 weeks.

Took my wife's wedding ring in awhile back. One of her accent diamonds had fallen & I wanted it replaced. The shop owner, Rene, said he can replace it with the same quality diamond. After having the ring returned, the replaced diamond lacked the luster of the rest of the diamonds. The shop owner Rene, assured me it was the same quality. I took the ring to another reputable jeweler a few days ago, & he confirmed the replaced diamond was of a much lower quality. He even allowed me to look at it through a magnifier. It was very apparent that the replaced diamond was clouded & not the same brilliance as the rest. This type of low class, cheap skate business tactics is an insult to other reputable jewelers. STAY AWAY FROM DIAMOND & JEWELRY GALLERY.

Called about having my diamond earrings cleaned. We found the location and they cleaned them within a few minutes. Very nice people. I will be taking my Mom's ring to be re-sized very soon.

Came in to have my husband's Rolex serviced. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I ended up purchasing a beautiful David Yurman bracelet (which I love!!!) :) I highly recommend them.

Had my watch serviced. Came back to find a gift inside the watch on the second hand. They wouldn't fix it... Acted like it was already like that. 0/10 would not recommend.
