food deserves zero stars, steak was very chewy, smells burned, fries like mashed potato. Ribs also not tasty, the only good was the sausages. Service was ok.

Maybe it was the only open place where to eat in Shawinigan city center that night. I was the only customer for half my stay there, the waitress was extremely kind to help a non-french speaker like me to choose the best beer and food. The poutines were really really good!

Bad service, the waitress could not be bothered to give any information and she was grumpy. My colleague and I ordered medium cooked tuna steaks and they came well done. We tried to explain that they were dry and she said she did not understand us. No apology at all. I ordered a starter of grilled mushrooms and they came covered in melted cheese (when the picture in the menu, nor the description said anything about cheese). Before ordering I explained to her I cannot eat dairy and clearly she ignored this. Very unimpressed.

Food presentation was amazing meal was delicious but the service need to be improved a bit recommend this place for sure
