I was referred here by James Avery for a very simple jump ring soldering job. This was for a three piece charm, from my mom’s old charm bracelet, with tiny photos of my parents, sisters and me. I asked the young lady to please keep them in order, which is how my mom wore them, which she noted on the order. However, when the item was ready (2 weeks later) they had flipped one of the photos backwards. I asked the young man to correct it and he said it would only take 10 minutes to repair so I could wait and he would text me. But after 45 min, when I asked again for my piece, he said he “forgot” to put it back in the system which is why I didn’t receive a text, despite the work being complete. I was shocked to see that they once again, flipped one of the other photos backwards, even though I had numbered them for the man as well as verbally stated what I was wanting. There was not apology and a half offer to "try and fix it again" so I ended up just leaving with my piece and will find another jeweler. From my experience, this is not a reputable business, and should not be trusted with anything of importance as they don’t seem value small jobs and/or customer satisfaction.

Do not be deceived by the name of this company. I came here to service my watches, because of the good reviews, brought them in on a Monday for battery replacement. Usually, the service is a same-day service from what I have experienced in the past, but they told me it would take one day. Since I was there, I said OK, and they proceeded to charge me for a service that was not done, but I did it anyways. Though it was pricey for a battery change, I decided to do it and stick with quality service over cheap service, so I thought. They promised me a time frame of next day. Once I didn’t receive a call or texts, I contacted their support team and they could not provide me with updates, but stated I would get a text soon. jump forward to Thursday. Still nothing, called support again told me the same thing. Decided to go to the store on the following day, which was a Friday to get a refund, and instead of an apology they tried to blame this on me! Because I took a Watch, which I had unscrewed the back, in a attempt to service it myself and replace the battery. They try to say that I brought damaged watches, and that’s why they couldn’t service it, though it was in the very exact spot I left it in on Monday, watches weren’t even touched. at least admit to your bad service. Yup . Avoid this place

I took my Omega Seamaster (Quartz) there to get it’s battery changed and to get an estimate on installing a new bezel insert. I was informed that I would be contacted with a price before the bezel insert would be installed but I never was. They went ahead and did the work on my watch without prior authorization, for which they charged me $54. When the watch repairman was informed that I hadn’t authorized the service, he said, “OK. I can take it out if you want me to”. Their modus operandi is apparently to do work on watches and jewelry without authorization, aware of the fact that hardly anyone is going to tell them to go ahead and undo work they’ve already completed. They’re not honest people. My advice is to stay away.

Very unhappy with the service. We need to replace a stone and have wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. We were told it can be picked up two days later. 2 days later around the time we should pick up the ring, we were told because band and ring are not made of same material they cannot be soldered! Didn't they take a look at the ring when they pick it up for service? Anyway, we switched to Jared to get the job done. So if you want rings soldered service, and they are different materials, DO NOT come here, go to Jared, period.

Came to them with a project that several over engravers had turned down. Not only were they able to get it done without hesitation, they were so thorough, detail oriented, and just all around pleasant to work with. Stephanie was who helped me and I can’t thank her enough for making sure this sentimental family gift turned out exactly how I wanted. It was actually pewter vintage shot glasses with ridges they were able to engrave for me, but I will 100% be back to get my fiancés ring resized and any future jewelry repair or engraving. Best part was they got my order done in less than 24 hours in the middle of Christmas season. Almost didn’t go because of location in the mall but very easy to get to immediately outside Dillards on ground level. Could even go in mall side entrance that is to left of Dillards entrance, take escalator down, and you’re there.

The diamond fell out of my ring and the jewelry store we bought it from recommended Fast-Fix. I was initially worried about leaving my ring, but they did a great job of documenting everything about the diamond & giving me a sense of comfort. The entire diamond setting had to be replaced, I dropped it off on Monday and was able to pick it up on Friday. They went through the process of ensure if it was in fact the same diamond. They cleaned my ring and it looked as good as it did 17 years ago when I got it. If you’re looking for somewhere to get your ring fixed, I would recommend them for sure.

Rachel helped me get the right fit for my new watch and was so friendly and helpful while doing so. I will definitely come back here for all my watch needs.

$30 to remove 1 link from a watch is insane. I was told it doesn’t matter how many links they were removing that it was still $30 but I think she misunderstood…$30 for any amount of links to be removed is robbery. I went somewhere else and they did it for free. I would second guess coming here without knowing how much the service is first.

I called ahead to make sure this location was open and able to replace my watch’s battery. The over the phone help from Tony was superb. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted and served promptly. My watch battery was replaced & the watch was steam cleaned very timely. I will definitely be back with our other watches.

This was an amazing experience! They were very friendly and got our jewelry fixed right away and it was a perfect fit for my husbands wrist! We will always use them!

I came in on a Friday around 12pm to get my watch links removed and was promised it would be done within the hour. I guess they were running late so I called them to check and was met with an extremely rude employee (Tony) who clearly was not having a good day. Came here out of desperation because the shop I bought it from was in a remodel and the watch a gift for someone. Very disappointing experience.

Friendly service. I brought in a warped/ cracked silver ring & they made it good as new for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Loved the old ownership, but not anymore. Brought my husband’s watch in to get an estimate for mainspring and gaskets replaced. Was told it would be $35 for an estimate. The response was “it needs a mainspring and gaskets replaced” and a very high estimate (hundreds above others). I explained I shouldn’t have to pay for them to diagnose what I already explained was the problem, but apparently that’s how they do it now. Greedy new ownership…I’d go elsewhere.

What a terrible place to fix jewelry, all the stuff they fixed for me either fell apart or got lost. I had them replace a diamond in my tennis bracelet with a cubic zirconia and now the gemstone fell out again and it’s empty. Also I have a matching gold bracelet with my girlfriend and my bracelet fell off at my job after they “fixed” the clamp so now I’m aggravated at the job this place did. On top of that I payed half up front and then I was going to pay the other half at pickup but they said I was okay and they gave me all my stuff back without paying the other half then 1 day later they text me about the other half and about me paying but now I’m glad I didn’t pay the other half because the job they did fixing my jewelry was absolute trash. Not to mention how they fixed my golf chain, they literally made it look worse than before. This place is TRASH.

Fast and friendly service!! Tony was awesome! We were there for a watch repair, but I also saw some of their custom engraving and it looked great!

I called ahead on Labor Day to see if they were open to take some links out of a new watch. They were kind, had an instant text message option, which was great! The customer service in the store was magnificent. The staff is professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was tremendous to see how efficient they were even in the face of reduced staff and overwhelming foot traffic. This will be the place I have watches repaired and serviced.

The BEST! I had a chain that broke and they simple fixed it in 2 minutes. Wonderful friendly service and so quick! 10/10 will be back again for any issues.

I paid for the Clean and Polish service in addition to the watch battery replacement. They forgot to clean or polish it. When I came back, she admitted they forgot and promised to make it shine. After waiting another 20 minutes, she brought it to me and it looked like nothing had been done. Took it home and cleaned it with a towel and it looks great. Don't think they did anything other than change the battery.

Immediately acknowledged and greeted. I was given a fair price for repairing a missing diamond in my wedding ring. The wait was not long (1hour) and completed on time. They cleaned my ring & checked for other loose diamonds. Highly Recommended.******UPDATE 8/23/22. This place has gotten more expensive, charges to clean jewelry when it used to be complimentary and I hasn't provided same day service the last 3 times I went.

Excellent service and very quick too. Changed a 20 yr old designer watch battery in an hour. It worked out great. Nice friendly staff and they don’t make you wait. Seemed like it was a great “team” effort. I recommend them!

This place was able to fix my watch very quickly, would come here again if my watch had another problem, thank you for all you do come and take you for the quick service, the band was about $45 for the letter, hopefully that price isn't too high, but my watch is pretty unique and I don't think they make it anymore as well so I took an investment overall, thank you once again for what you all do and fixing my watch.

Do not trust them! Arrogance is their best feature. Bless their hearts. HARD Lesson Learned. Every dog has their day.
