Do
not
be
deceived
by
the
name
of
this
company.
I
came
here
to
service
my
watches,
because
of
the
good
reviews,
brought
them
in
on
a
Monday
for
battery
replacement.
Usually,
the
service
is
a
same-day
service
from
what
I
have
experienced
in
the
past,
but
they
told
me
it
would
take
one
day.
Since
I
was
there,
I
said
OK,
and
they
proceeded
to
charge
me
for
a
service
that
was
not
done,
but
I
did
it
anyways.
Though
it
was
pricey
for
a
battery
change,
I
decided
to
do
it
and
stick
with
quality
service
over
cheap
service,
so
I
thought.
They
promised
me
a
time
frame
of
next
day.
Once
I
didn’t
receive
a
call
or
texts,
I
contacted
their
support
team
and
they
could
not
provide
me
with
updates,
but
stated
I
would
get
a
text
soon.
jump
forward
to
Thursday.
Still
nothing,
called
support
again
told
me
the
same
thing.
Decided
to
go
to
the
store
on
the
following
day,
which
was
a
Friday
to
get
a
refund,
and
instead
of
an
apology
they
tried
to
blame
this
on
me!
Because
I
took
a
Watch,
which
I
had
unscrewed
the
back,
in
a
attempt
to
service
it
myself
and
replace
the
battery.
They
try
to
say
that
I
brought
damaged
watches,
and
that’s
why
they
couldn’t
service
it,
though
it
was
in
the
very
exact
spot
I
left
it
in
on
Monday,
watches
weren’t
even
touched.
at
least
admit
to
your
bad
service.
Yup
.
Avoid
this
place
