Generation Jewelers are amazing at what they do. My wife and I will forever be grateful for their talented work. From start to finish, they were top-notch - from dealing with a nagging customer (me) to making sure the product was something they were proud to create and call their own work. Thank you! It was great to see my wife's wedding ring from inception, through the molding process, and then the final result. I've never been more intrigued in a piece of jewelry in my life. Thank you! I brought my rings in to be resized and ended up having them soldered, cleaned and had the prongs freshened up as well. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and gave me some helpful advice and suggestions. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day. It was beautiful and fit perfectly and the soldering was so clean.

Franklin and Danny are two awesome guys. I came across them after a previous jeweler destroyed my wifes engagenent ring. Franklin took her ring with him and an hr later brought it back looking like the damage never took place! From that day I knew I found the only guys I would ever need for all my jewelry needs. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs! They have a great selection and if you need something custom made as we did, they will knock it out of the park and send you images of the molds to confirm they have it correct. They do not cut corners! They have mastered the art!

We searched the internet for a good jewelry repair shop near us. We stopped in a few but Generation was the third and Frankincense made us feel like long time clients. We had 3 pieces to repair and with the time specified it was done and the looked great. I have a Phillip Stein watch and a my engagement ring to repair so I will be back. There hostilely was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

These guys are always so helpful and kind. They know what they’re doing & it shows in their work. My fiancé got my engagement ring here & they resized it for free after the proposal. I brought in a bracelet I needed fixed for the wedding, and they fixed it in about 5 minutes for free! Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend these guys 👍👍

I needed a stone replaced on a pendant for my brother in law and they were able to fix it real time. Reasonably priced as well. The gentleman helping me was helpful and polite. Will definitely come back for future repairs or purchases.

Very please with this place. My late grandmother left me with a bracelet, not exactly valuable in dollar amounts but extremely valuable in sentimental terms. The bracelet was dirty, twisted, the finish coming off, etc. I took it into Generation Custom Jewelry and my grandmother's bracelet was completely transformed! It was cleaned, fixed; looking better than it ever has. I'm so glad they took the time and care into restoring something so close to me. When my daughter is old enough, I will pass it onto her.

100 stars. When my dad recently passed away, I inherited his and my late mom’s wedding rings. I didn’t want them to just sit in a box in the closet and decided to get them turned into a custom heirloom pendant. I chose Generation based on the reviews of custom pieces and they did not disappoint! Dan was fantastic and had the pendant to me in about a week, before my dad’s memorial. They were also very respectful of how much it meant to me. It’s beautiful and I’m so glad I chose Generation.

Seriously, don't even bother looking elsewhere! The quality, price point & honest service at Generation is incomparable. Although I had been loyal to another local jeweler, something had changed on my last visit, and I was prompted to visit Generation after being referred by a local mom's group. Danny was incredibly patient to work with, he offered terrific suggestions, and I'm thrilled with the work he did! I went in to have my engagement ring sized and also hear recommendations for arthritic knuckles. Not only did he patiently make great suggestions, his quote for the work I was seeking was less than half of my previous jeweler. He isn't pushy at all and we decided to reset the center stone of my engagement ring into a new style, size my wedding band, and use the extra stones to create earrings. I'm very sentimental about my engagement ring (like most women) and I'm so happy with the work done. I will be returning for any adjustments or purchases in the future and I'm very pleased to have found this wonderful business.

HIGHLY recommend!!! Took a ring that was a very difficult resize. I didn’t want it sent off so this location was recommended to me as having onsite jewelers. After giving me a quote and time frame was pleasantly surprised they had it finished very early. They knew I was leaving town and said they wanted to make it a priority. Talk about customer service. I will never use any other jewelry store ever again!! Top notch quality!!!

Great service and quality work! Daniel was very detailed when answering my questions and appreciated his suggestions. My prongs were replaced, he reset my Diamond, and polished and rhodium to all 3 rings… I was thrilled with the work he did! Thank you, Daniel & Generation Jewelers! I have never BEEn to this jeweler, I use someone else. But they bought my information and send me messages extremely frequently and ignore me when I ask them to stop. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere in Frisco.
